I went here twice, and both times I was told that the wait would be longer than 2 hours. This was despite my queue number being only three numbers away, and each person receiving two queue numbers per receipt. For example, when the current number being served was 202, my numbers were 205 and 206. Yet, a staff member told me there were still 4 people ahead of me. I don't understand how you calculate that.

It was my first time coming here, and the service was okay. However, Ellen started hard-selling their products to me at the end of the treatment, even though she knew I was a student and kept saying, "it's affordable." She was very pushy and persistent to the point where I gave in because she gave me three options and wouldn't stop the hard-selling, even though I was in doubt. Perhaps certain staff members there wouldn't hard-sell, but Ellen did, and it made me feel very uncomfortable and helpless. I wouldn't come back to this outlet again.

The facial was super uncomfortable, with very weird seats that caused discomfort in my neck. I've been to other outlets before, and they were fine. The worst thing was that I went for a pore-refining facial and left the place with a red patch on my forehead. I asked the facial lady what happened, and she just said sorry, explaining she had pressed too hard. She seemed inexperienced to me. Update: When I went home, red patches started to develop around my cheeks and lips.

Nice ambience and very clean. My therapist Yueh Ting is soft spoken and friendly. She is detailed and explained all the procedures to you. No hard selling. Overall, a very good experience.

Had a 30-minute facial with Ellen. She recommended which facial to choose. Ellen was thorough and did an amazing job. She also helped to explain the entire process and suggested a spot corrector to help with my acne scars. Really enjoyed myself.

My first visit to KSkin was for the pore refining combo. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean my skin was after the facial. As I had voiced my concern about blackheads, Yuen Ting really made sure to clean my skin so well that my blackheads of a couple of years (that other aestheticians never managed to remove) completely disappeared. The best $60 spent. Some redness was expected, but I didn't mind. She was friendly and soft-spoken, and even as she started to introduce products, I didn't feel it would be difficult to say no. That being said, I did get a product, but it was one I had wanted to try for a while. I am very happy with Yuen Ting and will continue my facials with her.
