This place used to be good. However, now the catch rate is low to none. I spent $32 (student price) for 2 hours, with 3 bites total and 0 catches. I observed my surroundings, and most others left with empty nets too.
A lady using powder on her bait only managed to catch 3 prawns during the 2 hours I was there.

Amazing staff who teach you how to catch prawns. They also help you untangle the rods when you ask. A fun experience and a good family bonding time with your family.

For our corporate event, the owner, Mr Patrick, was very helpful and worked out a package deal inclusive of a Chicken Cutlet Halal Nasi Lemak and two soft drinks per angler. He even included one Otar each as a complimentary item. I don't think it's appropriate to review the package price, but rest assured it is worth the bargain.
It was our first time here, and we were greeted by very helpful service staff. The environment is great because it is air-conditioned, so there's no need to sweat, especially under Singapore's hot and humid weather. And no worries if it rains either. They have two ponds, and we were given exclusive use of one pond due to our large numbers.
Staff gave a demonstration prior to the start. They even added five mud crabs for us, and we managed to catch one of the five crabs released. BBQ pits were provided FOC (free of charge), and they even offered free BBQ service by an auntie who patiently helped cook the catch with a sprinkle of salt. I must say it was cooked to perfection – very fresh and tasty. They have many tables outside their premises, under shade for meals, and a washing point with liquid soap.
The location is perfect, with Bugis MRT within walking distance for those without wheels. The only downside is parking (if you are driving), because, inevitably, parking charges in town are high. However, you can park at the open-air carpark at Queen Street, which is slightly cheaper.

Had a fair experience. Luckily, I caught a lobster (visited on Sunday, as Sunday is lobster day!) in the first 5 minutes, although nothing else in the following 2 hours. I had 3-4 bites, which would have been great if I had the technique. The place is well air-conditioned. A few minor things somewhat bothered me, as some of the guests (mainly kids but even some adults) kept bullying the prawns swimming at the surface by hitting them with their rods. Staff seemed to notice it but ignored it. Regardless, the bottom of the pool was filled with dead prawns. Overall, I had a good experience. It could be better, so I'm leaving a 4-star rating.

Very fun experience prawning here! The staff was friendly and taught us how to prawn and what to look out for. We caught some prawns, and the staff gave us extras when we were done! A kind man also caught the crab while we were there and gifted it to us. They have a grill outside so you can grill what you've caught on the spot. Yummy!
I think I'm hooked 🤣

The crew was friendly and nice. It was a good experience for my kids. It cost $18 per hour for each. Not exactly cheap, but the kids had fun. There were plenty of small fish for the kids to chase, and I was glad the water wasn't that dirty. Not too bad overall.

Fish@Bugis+ is a fantastic spot for family fun! The indoor, air-conditioned prawning and fishing ponds are a unique experience, and are open 24/7. The staff is friendly, the prawns are fresh, and the BBQ option adds to the enjoyment. Kids love the longkang fishing, making it a great bonding activity. Highly recommend for a memorable outing!
