I've been to HDL many times, but never had such top-notch service. Special shoutout to Junge, who was really attentive, constantly checking in on us and pouring our drinks. When we were done eating, he still brought us fruits and nuts voluntarily, without us even requesting. I felt so pampered. Thanks for the great dining experience!

兰兰 was very attentive and courteous while serving us. She made our dinner very smooth and served us well. We came to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and she brought out a cake, serving it to us right as we finished eating. The timing was excellent! I would definitely come back to this Haidilao outlet.

Booked a room at Haidilao for a celebration. As expected, the service staff was friendly and the ingredients were fresh, consistent with other outlets. However, it took them about 30 minutes to fulfill our alcohol order. The staff went back and forth to inform us twice that the alcohol we selected was out of stock. Oddly, every alcoholic beverage we tried to choose seemed to be unavailable. We eventually settled for a bottle of red wine (the only one they could find), which came with a lot of sediment.

Before I continued my journey back to Switzerland, I caught up with best friends, and they took me to HDL. This was my first visit to HDL, and I have one word for HDL Bugis+: 'AWESOME SERVICE'. Especially, Rita. Her service was absolutely out of this world 👍👍👍👍. She and her team made us leave HDL with happiness, tears, and unforgettable memories. (Rita and her team sang a song for me, 'Peng Yu (friend)'). My friends and I were so touched, and we teared up with happiness. I will definitely be back at HDL Bugis+ (and bring my husband) when we visit Singapore next time. To Rita, thank you so much for your AWESOME service👍👍👍👍

Excellent service by Junge! He was meticulous the whole night, making sure we were well fed, comfortable, and he even brought us nuts to complement our alcoholic drinks. Thanks, Junge, for making our night awesome! 💯

As first-timers to Hai Di Lao, we were blown away by the overstimulating atmosphere and constant activity. The endless birthday celebrations, the staff's hospitality, and the skills honed and crafted by each individual staff member are truly commendable. Kudos to Jia Hui, our waitstaff, for being so affable, making us feel so warm, like family. As we were clueless about our orders, he guided us through the menu and constantly checked in on us to ensure we enjoyed our meal thoroughly. We are officially converted to HDL Hotpot now!

Had a superb and amazing experience dining here! The service was AMAZING!!!!! The waitress Rita provided excellent service to my friends and me, and she had such an adorable personality! There was also a 变脸 (face-changing) performance, and the performer came all the way from China! 🤩 We also took a few pictures with the performer. Do come here for the service!!!!!! ❤️☺️✨️ Thanks to Xiu Xiu for the fun memory game and the prizes!! 🥰

We are deeply impressed by Ms. 刘颖's service during our dining experience. It was one of the best experiences we've had across all the outlets we've visited. Great food, great atmosphere, and especially wonderful service provided by Ms. 刘颖. We will definitely come back again!

I was really amazed by the service at Haidilao here. They were very friendly and kind. I don't know the name of the person who served my table, but he was very kind and patient in serving my fussy children. After I finished eating, a kind female waiter gave me a 20% voucher for my next visit. She was very kind and had a warm smile. I was then very surprised when, just as I was leaving Haidilao, one of the workers in a suit approached me and gave me a duck gun as a gift. I am very grateful to these three Haidilao workers, and I apologize for not knowing their names.

Niko姐 has taken such good care of us every visit, and the staff are efficient in ensuring that the environment is neat and tidy throughout our visit. We love eating here, having enjoyed the many different special stations and activities here :) Progress is more important than perfection, and when there were unpleasant experiences when they first opened, they were open to feedback and have always improved, assuring us that it's a safe space to continue returning to. Thanks Niko and Yumi (nail artist from 2024), you've made our day many times!

My friend and I had such a wonderful dining experience here. The staff were welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and prepared with care. The ambiance was relaxing—great for a date night or dinner with friends. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had lately!

24 July 2025 | Table 22 I had an amazing experience today at Haidilao Bugis, and I just have to compliment the fantastic service and vibrant atmosphere. A huge shoutout to Liu Ying, who served us at table 22. She was warm, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Every detail was taken care of with a smile. Also, heartfelt thanks to Wei Wei, who assisted us at the holding area like a true professional. She went above and beyond when the nail service staff weren’t around. My partner wanted to do her nails, and Wei Wei stepped in willingly, offering help with the complimentary HDL nail service. She was so gentle, professional, and her Chinese was fluent and clear. Truly above and beyond. Beyond the exceptional service, I also noticed how the atmosphere at Bugis HDL has improved. It’s cleaner, brighter, and beautifully decorated, featuring fresh flower arrangements. A small touch that makes a big difference. It made the space feel even more welcoming and relaxing. The energy here is just incredible. You can really tell that the staff are happy, and their happiness shows in the way they serve. This creates a ripple effect, and everyone dining here seemed to be having a great time. To top it off, we were treated to the iconic Bian Lian face-changing performance, and not just by one performer. There were multiple artists interacting with diners and putting on an exciting show. It was so lively and entertaining. Truly a “wow” moment. This was more than just a meal. It was an experience. Haidilao Bugis never fails to impress, and in my opinion, this is the best HDL outlet in Singapore. Great leadership, amazing staff, top-tier food, and unforgettable vibes. We’ll definitely be back. Really enjoyed our meal at Haidilao. We had great service, fresh ingredients, and tasty chicken/pork/fish bone broths. The mala broth was flavorful with just the right kick. A busy and lively atmosphere added to the experience. Definitely coming back!

Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and our plates were cleared efficiently. 李章春 handled the customers with ease and a positive attitude. The entire team worked seamlessly, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. This level of service significantly enhanced our dining experience, and we left feeling very satisfied.
