Nice ambience and very clean. My therapist Yueh Ting is soft spoken and friendly. She is detailed and explained all the procedures to you. No hard selling. Overall, a very good experience.

I went here twice, and both times I was told that the wait would be longer than 2 hours. This was despite my queue number being only three numbers away, and each person receiving two queue numbers per receipt. For example, when the current number being served was 202, my numbers were 205 and 206. Yet, a staff member told me there were still 4 people ahead of me. I don't understand how you calculate that.

It was my first time coming here, and the service was okay. However, Ellen started hard-selling their products to me at the end of the treatment, even though she knew I was a student and kept saying, "it's affordable." She was very pushy and persistent to the point where I gave in because she gave me three options and wouldn't stop the hard-selling, even though I was in doubt. Perhaps certain staff members there wouldn't hard-sell, but Ellen did, and it made me feel very uncomfortable and helpless. I wouldn't come back to this outlet again.

Had a 30-minute facial with Ellen. She recommended which facial to choose. Ellen was thorough and did an amazing job. She also helped to explain the entire process and suggested a spot corrector to help with my acne scars. Really enjoyed myself.

I have been to a few branches before. Some are better than others. Ms Lynn Tan at the newly opened Bugis Plus branch gave me one of the best facials I have had in a while. Thank you! I will come back often to this branch.

Nice service but did not see an effect on my skin. Very disappointed by the treatment results. I will not recommend it.
