TLDR: Rude service. Went in on a Saturday evening (the store was empty), with the intention of purchasing their running shoes. I tried on one model and was having a serious conversation with my spouse on whether to purchase, with the shoe still in my hand. A female staff member with spectacles suddenly asked, "Is this your size?" and before I could even answer, rudely snatched the shoe out of my hand to place it back on the shelf. Is this how you actually want to treat prospective customers? No wonder your store is empty, even on 11.11 (a major sales day) and a Saturday evening.

I just want to praise the staff for one of the best services I've encountered in a retail store. I didn't get the name of the female staff member, but this happened on June 6th, around evening. My boyfriend and I were looking around for shoes, and the staff kindly let us know about the ongoing promotions and even offered us gummy bears while we were trying on shoes. Overall, we were really happy with the service given, and she was also patient with us throughout the process of trying on shoes.

PUMA products are good and durable. It's advisable to wait for their promos. The outlet here in Bugis Junction is small and has few product options. Anyway, I used my membership points here and got a lot of socks for me and my wife. 1 point equals 1 SGD, and I'm thankful that I got free items here just because I always buy PUMA products. I give this outlet an 8.3/10 due to the limited choices. Despite the limited choices, it's still a good outlet.

My lovely husband got me this sandal. We were attended by a cute girl named Jodie. Even though she's just 16 years old, her way of attending to customer needs and how politely she responded felt genuinely sincere. No matter how busy the outlet was earlier – it was Sunday, and with families and kids, you know how chaotic that can be – the staff were still not rude. They showed good teamwork, especially since there were only three staff members. All of them handled themselves professionally.
