Went there 2 weeks ago, and was served by a very polite and patient staff member. After trying a few shoes, I was told there was no new stock in my size for the ones I liked, so I ended up not buying. The staff member was professional throughout, even though I didn't make a purchase from this store. I ended up buying from the Ion outlet after that.

I just want to praise the staff for one of the best services I've encountered in a retail store. I didn't get the name of the female staff member, but this happened on June 6th, around evening. My boyfriend and I were looking around for shoes, and the staff kindly let us know about the ongoing promotions and even offered us gummy bears while we were trying on shoes. Overall, we were really happy with the service given, and she was also patient with us throughout the process of trying on shoes.

TLDR: Rude service. Went in on a Saturday evening (the store was empty), with the intention of purchasing their running shoes. I tried on one model and was having a serious conversation with my spouse on whether to purchase, with the shoe still in my hand. A female staff member with spectacles suddenly asked, "Is this your size?" and before I could even answer, rudely snatched the shoe out of my hand to place it back on the shelf. Is this how you actually want to treat prospective customers? No wonder your store is empty, even on 11.11 (a major sales day) and a Saturday evening.

I just bought a pair of shoes and was served by a staff member named Justin. He showed a very positive working attitude and explained every series to us patiently. This showed that he loves his job and spent a lot of effort to understand all the products in the shop. He never failed to put on his smiling face when he served us or other customers. I strongly recommend Bugis Plus Puma, and five stars for the service provided by Justin. I will definitely visit the Bugis Plus outlet again.
