The amount of ice cream given for my large and small cups was very little. I also took a photo of ice cream purchased after us, which was served by a different lady. Please standardize the amount of ice cream given; we are paying the same price. This is the first time I've encountered staff who gave so little ice cream. I will not visit this outlet again.

Multiple times I’ve tried to get a Frojo. The times I’ve succeeded, it was very good, but most times, an employee was in the back and unresponsive, or not there at all, so I could not get one. They must pay very little for such bad service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet. I was waiting for my kids to finish their game at the arcade next door so we could enjoy some dessert together. While seated, a staff member approached me and, in a rude and unfriendly manner, asked if I was going to order anything. I had only been seated for about 30 minutes—just enough time for my kids to finish one full game—and they were already about to join me. I understand the need to manage seating, but the way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and left me feeling very unwelcome. I was looking forward to a nice treat with my kids, but this encounter ruined the experience for us. Very disappointed. First time experiencing this 😵

Love the frozen yoghurt here! It's creamy, smooth, and not too sweet. The biscuit crumbs add crunch, the fruits mix nicely with the yoghurt, and the sauces add sweetness to the overall dessert.

Ordered the medium cup frozen yoghurt with two toppings: dark chocolate sauce and almond. Frozen yoghurt: Tastes great as usual, with a slight milky aftertaste that milk fans will enjoy and appreciate. Dark chocolate sauce: A bit too sweet for me; I would recommend fruits or nuts for those without a sweet tooth. Almond: The almond was not fresh and possibly stale, as it was soft and lacked crunch.

Got a Yole XL cup (4 toppings) for $5.90 using the ShopBack promotion. Mango boba topping was pretty good. The amount of froyo given wasn't proportional to the cup size though. It was tall but skinny.

Came here for yoghurt after dinner on 20/6/2024. Nice, but very limited sauce for toppings. Dark chocolate & pistachio were out of stock, although these choices were labeled and displayed.

Attracted by the '100% Vegan, Zero Dairy & Zero Sugar' signage, I just had to try it. My little cup of happiness with mango and watermelon cost me $6.90. It was definitely worth it. I deserve to be pampered.

I just love the rich, creamy yogurt taste. It's easy to have after meals. I love the variety of options they have for yogurt ice cream. I always get a medium size with fruits and crunchy Oreo cookies.

Came here after watching a movie for a late-night snack. Khai Hwee served us, and she was really attentive to detail, carefully decorating our dessert. She was quite cheerful and polite, so it was a positive experience all around and let us end the night on a good note. We will be back again next time we are at Bugis+! Note: My husband couldn't wait to dig in, so my photo shows it was already half-eaten. 😅 I promise it was beautiful beforehand!

Of all the Yolé outlets I've visited, this one at Bugis+ is the most generous with its frozen yoghurt and toppings. I always make it a point to visit this branch whenever I'm in the area — the staff are well-trained and polite too! 👍

Very refreshing and delightful sweet treat! The yogurt, as usual, is a great base and it’s sufficiently sweet and sour. I got the medium, with 2 toppings: mixed berries and cookie sauce. The pairing was surprisingly good as the slightly sour berries balanced out the tasty sweet sauce. It’s a good portion and delicious treat!
