Terrible. Nothing is done despite the numerous complaints against the middle-aged aunty. I felt personally harassed because she stood looming over me in front of me while I played, hence blocking the screen. My friends and I were playing as well, not making a big noise or anything. Despite that, all four of our machines were turned off. If it had been us creating mischief, it would be valid. However, again, none of us were. Anyhow, if nothing is done, I will not hesitate to speak to the higher-ups. What kind of lousy service does Virtualland encompass? This just reflects the level of service one can give in a service sector. Sometimes going to play is a hassle because the aunty doesn't allow the machines to be played. Is this how you want to treat your clients? Your job is simple, yet you don't want to do it. Then let others serve the facility. Don't get a job if you don't want to act employed in the first place.

Here's the edited review:
"I was trying to make a new card, but I couldn't understand the staff. I gave her 4 dollars in coins, but she only topped me up 3 dollars. What?! And the rhythm game maimai's buttons were terrible. In conclusion, I threw my card away and don't plan to come here again."

The maimai machine's buttons are padded, and its screen is quite clean, so it feels very satisfying to play with. It's a very quiet arcade, but I quite enjoy the mood there, and I would come back again.

The female staff was very rude. My card wasn't working on the Wangan machine, and when I asked her about it, she had a bad attitude and just said I couldn't play. She didn't even explain why and how the card works. So, what's the point of all the machines then? For display? There were 16 Wangan machines, and only 8 were taken by people who don't leave. It was a waste of money, and I don't recommend anyone to come here.

The young counter staff was very rude and gave attitude, despite my trying to talk nicely. Poor customer service.

What's the point of having a sign that says you open at 11:30 if you're always going to open late? Especially on Thursday, when a woman in her 30s walked in slowly while being over an hour late. She even spoke with a DGAF attitude when I asked to top up money.

The female staff was very rude, even without any slamming. She always stares at you as if you're in the army and complains about slamming the gear, even though shifting gear naturally already produces a click sound. They also just turned off all the machines so that people were unable to play.

A lady in her mid-40s who always wears a ponytail, and a young lady in her 20s, are very rude. I didn't slam the machine, but she decided to just turn off the machine or the card reader. When I went up to her, she claimed I was slamming it and spoiling the gearbox, even though there's a clicking sound every time you shift gears. They also often turn off the card reader for a specific machine, seemingly to reserve it for a mother and daughter who always play and spend a lot of money at the arcade. I would rate 0/5 if possible. I do not recommend others to play here if you wish to play with your friends or enjoy your time, unless the male staff member is on his shift, as he is more understanding.

Not even worth 1 star! No fighting arcade machines. Better close down! Not like arcades in the 90s to 2000s.

Went here with a friend. An old hag locked me out of the Wangan cabinet temporarily, thinking I would slam the wheel because I was wearing a black jacket. My friend experienced similar treatment when she asked why I was unable to input credits. Hope management fires her for unjustified stereotyping and ill treatment of players.
