I've ordered the iced matcha latte before, and it was good until recently. When I went to this outlet and ordered it again, the taste was bland.

I used my loyalty card to order and was supposed to get $2 off. The cashier did not give me the discount, then his colleague suggested to "upgrade" my drinks instead. I didn't want to make things difficult for them, so I agreed. But in the end, they only upgraded 1 drink (from grande to venti)! This didn't even make up for the $2! I felt cheated.

It's a standard Starbucks, housed on the 2nd floor of Bugis+. It's tough to miss it, especially since its green logo is very obvious. I got myself an iced Americano, took a seat at the long bench, and finished my coffee while people-watching on the weekend.

Here's the lightly edited review:
🥤 Food & Taste: Ordered the Matcha Frappe and Java Frappe, and both were good. I liked that they were not overly sweet.
📍 Place: The place didn't seem too crowded to the point that there was no place to sit, though there were some people working on laptops.
🤵🏻 Service: Not bad. The staff was friendly and helpful. The preparation of drinks didn't take long.
💰 Price: $5.50
🐣Waiting Time: Reasonable. It wasn't very long, as time is still needed for drinks to be prepared and there was a queue.

We went for a drink after lunch yesterday (a Saturday), and we think the cashier was Michelle. She was very kind to let us know that for our original order of four tall drinks, we would pay less if we used our star points for three free grande drinks and added one more drink, instead of using them for $20 off.

Yesterday, I ordered a cup of Iced Pure Matcha & Espresso Fusion at the Woodlands MRT outlet, and it was really nice as shown in Pic 4. Today, we visited the Bugis+ outlet and ordered the same drink, but this was what we got 😂 There were too many large and small clumps in the cup, and we did our best to whisk them.

The place is small but comfortable for resting, relaxing, and studying. Just order a drink and sit around. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They even offered drinks to people waiting in line and were very informative about the menu.
I had a great experience here and would come again!
I ordered the white mocha hack: steamed milk with two pumps of hot white chocolate. It tastes amazing, and the staff were patient and well-trained when taking my order.
