I had a fantastic experience at the Bugis Sephora outlet, thanks to Lynn! She was incredibly patient while helping me choose products, and her friendly, bubbly personality made the shopping experience enjoyable. Her knowledge and enthusiasm truly made a difference. Lynn had some of the worst customer service skills that I have ever experienced. My friend and I were not approached once in store. When we went up to the counter to pay after 30 minutes of being ignored, we were both served by Lynn. She shouted at my friend when my friend didn't notice that Lynn was ready to put her through after Lynn stopped speaking. When it was my turn, she dropped my product on the floor and threw it back in the bag without checking for damage. Aside from shouting and chatting, she only spoke to say 'pay.' Go to this store if you want to be ignored – or even better, treated like trash by rude staff like Lynn.

It is wonderful to shop at Sephora. For me, having never shopped for any cosmetic or perfume-like products before, I was really clueless about which perfume to get my aunt, who has cool motorcyclist vibes. I decided to ask a lady near the perfume aisle. She was really nice and recommended the Versace perfume to me. She also let me sniff the perfumes and explained their scents. I took her recommendation and bought the Versace perfume, costing $190. She then gave me a free gift: a Versace bag, which was so pretty, a Versace body lotion, and some other small gifts. It was a truly pleasant shopping experience for a first-timer like me. The cashier was really nice too! I would love to come back to Sephora when I decide to buy cosmetics and other things.

I always get a ton of stuff whenever I go to Sephoraβ€”I can't help myself, gulp! πŸ’„ I have makeup of every kind imaginable. My husband often jokes, "We've got a mini-Sephora in our house!" πŸ’„ I think he might be right! πŸ’„ I appreciate that the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They're not pushy but make excellent recommendations. πŸ’„ Also, I love that if you're not convinced, you can always try on a look with the help of the beauty consultants. For me, nine out of ten times, they turn out to be great choices! πŸ’„ I would highly recommend going with an open mind and trying different colours to achieve different looks, because if you never try, you never know what looks good on you! πŸ’„ Over the years, I've expanded my makeup collection considerably and tried different eyeshadow palettes. πŸ’„ The point is, don't limit yourself to certain "safe colours." Just in case you haven't noticed, our skin tones change as we get older, and our hair colours change. In different seasons of our lives, our personalities change as well, and it's kind of nice to hint at those subtleties with different makeup looks. πŸ’„ As you can probably tell, I'm really passionate about makeup and excited about how it can enhance your natural beauty. πŸ’„ But if you're still sitting on the fence, consider this. Visited on 27/08/2022. From 26/08-28/08/2022 was Sephora's Fresh Brand Day Sales for 20% off on Fresh skincare products (selected products only). Fresh Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence 150ml was $97.60 after 20% off (usual price $122). Fresh Black Tea Firming Corset Serum 50ml was $132 after 20% discount (usual price $165). Fresh Tea Elixir Skin Resilience Activating Serum 30ml was $135, with no discount as it is a new skincare product. I received 3 samples for spending over $150.

The staff, Shane and Geraldine, were awesome. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about skin and products, especially Geraldine. She patiently went through skincare products and routine with my daughter and me. Being quite clueless about skincare, I felt that she took the time to explain and teach us more about our skin and the suitable products for us. I will definitely be back to look for Geraldine (once we get used to the skincare products we got) to help us with makeup next!

The staff at Sephora are always cheerful and friendly. I am glad they found me suitable lipsticks. As I have very dark lips, I usually need lip concealer before applying any lipstick. But I feel happy with my purchase last night.

Bugis + is my go-to Sephora for years because of its excellent customer service. My favourite Sephora advisor is Norman. He has a very welcoming and radiant personality. Even when the shop is about to close, Norman serves with the same warmth and energy as if it were the start of the day. Norman advises thoughtfully and ensures you walk away happy and confident in your purchase. Well done, and thank you for the many wonderful shopping experiences.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Especially the young lady at the cash register. I received great service from her! Didn't catch her name, but it was on 8/5/24 at 5:30 PM :D She wrapped my gift card nicely in proper packaging and told me I could redeem a gift since it is my birthday month (which I didn't know about). So glad she offered, otherwise I would have missed it! <3
