My colleague and I had a great time talking with Norman, who also served us. He recommended some products to my colleague, who had never worn makeup before, and he made her super interested in it. I hope Bugis+ has more staff like Norman, as most are not. Thank you, Norman, for making our lunch hour a great one :)

I was served by Roshani. I wanted the Dior Skin Glow in 1N; she suggested a lighter shade, which I tried and prefer. I said, "Let's go with her suggestion," yet she put the 1N in the bag. I didn't check, as I assumed she took the one she suggested. I'm not sure if the color she suggested was out of stock or if there was a miscommunication, but always check your product before checking out.

5-star experience at Sephora Bugis! The variety of makeup and products available was impressive, and my wife and daughter had an amazing time exploring the store. The customer service was excellent, making for a great shopping experience. Highly recommend!

I did a skin consultation with Beauty Advisor Celine, and her advice was excellent. She was really helpful, walking me through my skincare routine and areas of improvement, introducing products that could help me achieve greater moisture and hydration. I highly recommend her services.

Thanks to Natasha. Her service and makeup were truly excellent. She helped me with my makeup, and after I went to my DND, many people said it was very nice.
