Very bad. I called their outlets' direct number, but no one answered the phone, even at Plaza Singapura & Bugis. Guess they're not interested in doing business?

In 2021, I came to this Bugis Samsonite shop. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful, even for a sales item. I believe this will change the minds of those who left previous comments. Thanks for the good service. Keep it up! 💜

Very good sales lady today. She was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me select the right luggage, and she also doesn't bother you if you don't want help.

Very bad customer service. My wife and I were in the shop for a good 10 minutes and received no help from her at all. Questions we asked were met with disinterested, short answers. We wanted to get a few bags but in the end decided against it. Product range is good if you don't mind getting offended while spending your money.

Rarely post reviews. But please, anyone coming here expecting someone to serve you, go elsewhere. It will be much more cost-effective to hire a security guard. I have to check out all the bags myself, and all your sales staff did was ask me "masters or nets." Seriously?! Not trying to be difficult, but there's really a large room for improvement!

The salesperson's phone had higher priority than customers. Even after five minutes, she wasn't interested to ask if we needed any help or advice. Actually, we wanted to buy a bag there. But she changed our minds. We went to another shop.
