Horrible service. The sales assistant's attitude at the start was very rash and hasty, as if she wanted us to quickly buy and get out. When we decided to buy the Karissa business bag, the sales assistant sprayed WD-40 (oil-based) onto the zippers without telling us and stained the bag (cloth material). The bag was a solid color, so the stain was very obvious. We were unable to clean it off with wet wipes, so we asked her if it could be cleaned off with some equipment in the shop. However, she proceeded to say, "It's like that! No need to clean it. Everyone sprays it like this; it will just wash off." She refused to give us a new bag from stock. I didn't take a photo, but the stains were quite blotchy, and oil-based stains are very difficult to remove with water. She insisted that we take the bag with the stains, further asserting that it could be washed off easily. Luckily, we hadn't paid and decided to leave.

Customer service seriously needs improvement. There was only one "cashier/security guard" staff member, an Indian guy, who just minded his own business... really so busy? He had zero knowledge of products, and when asked whether non-display sets were available, he just rambled about how busy he was because the stock had arrived today... but there were no other customers in the store! The store only closes at 9:30 PM on a Saturday night, but he started drawing the sliding doors at 9:15 PM and made me squeeze out with the bag I bought through the small gap.
Otherwise, there was a wide range of products available, some on offer. I would not have bought if not for the quality/brand name of Samsonite. Please seriously rethink improving your customer service!
