Unfriendly staff. We visited on July 6 at 4:30 PM. I noticed they sell Lolita Lempicka perfume, which is quite rare, so I walked in to test it. I passed the tester to my helper to try. Then, a staff member wearing glasses approached us with an unhappy voice, asking what we wanted. When I tried to ask which company produced their Lolita perfume (since this brand changed companies and its formula also changed), this staff member was very rude and told me, "This is from France," "The bottom is transparent, you cannot see anything," "What are you looking for?" and "Just look at the box, lah." Well, I don't expect her to know about perfume, so I didn't bother to explain. When we walked away, she angrily adjusted the price tag as if we had messed it up (it was already messed up before we entered). Her attitude was so horrible; if she hates customers trying products, then it's better not to put testers there. Many shops sell this brand at a cheaper price, so, goodbye, I will not be buying anything from Novella. I hope the manager sees my feedback.

Awesome shopping experience, handled by Shawn. Knowledgeable and charismatic, unlike the pushy kind. He briefly introduces and gives you ample space and time to decide on your own. I think he could also host a TikTok live shop. He would perform and excel in online business with his character.

Visited this outlet today, around 3 PM. We requested a Chinese female staff member for a perfume smell test for the first time, and decided to leave and come back later. Once we told her we would come back later, she immediately gave us an eye-roll and looked very irked right in front of us. She didn't even try to conceal her 'buey song' face.
Such a rude staff member! Please make sure to upgrade your customer service. We only requested one sample, and it's not like we tried 10 bottles, lol.
