Very bad and dirty environment. Look at the dust. At least LiHO staff should clean it or complain to the mall staff so they clean it. The amount of dust has been there for months or years, never cleaned?

Not sure why they need 12 minutes for an earl grey milk tea, which I'm sure is a drink that's already prepared beforehand (though other reviews suggest they've improved their waiting time, it's still much longer than other outlets). The standard of the drink is also not worth the price. Aside from the cashier, the rest of the staff seems very confused. I was standing there watching them preparing other orders while waiting for mine, not sure why each of them has to repeatedly re-read the label on the same cup so many times before proceeding with each step. You can see staff holding labeled empty cups wandering, unsure where to get the ingredients they need. One of the girls doesn't even know where the syrup is, and I saw her walking back and forth twice just for the syrup, then spending another 20 seconds to re-read the label to confirm which cup the syrup belongs to. The workflow at the station is not delegated properly; you can see staff crowding in front of one tank of drinks or the ice, waiting to fill the orders they are making. Completed orders are also piling up at the collection point as staff do not call out numbers immediately, but instead proceed to make the next order. Please train your staff, and please standardize your drinks, as the taste also differs from other outlets.

Ordered a large lychee milk tea with white pearl. First time ordering from this outlet. Not the usual order we get. Three-quarters of the cup was all ice; there was hardly any milk tea, which was diluted, and very little pearl. Really not the norm we get from other outlets. Disappointing and definitely not worth the $4.70 for a cup that was three-quarters full of ice.

I bought avocado fresh milk with pearl, 50% sugar. It's extremely diluted, and the staff at the store tried to cover it up by using an opaque cup instead of the regular one. It tastes like plain water with milk and avocado, as if it had 0% sugar. Extremely disappointed by this standard and dishonesty.

I bought a golden avocado, which I usually enjoy and never goes wrong, until today at this outlet. It tasted super diluted at first sip, so I requested the staff to redo it. However, they just added more ice to my original drink! They then redid my drink a third time, but it still tasted super diluted...

Came here looking to get a quick drink after dinner, but ended up waiting 30 minutes for our drinks. We also got chased out of the seating area at 9:45 PM, even before our order number was called. Not cool. I understand you close at 10 PM, but it’s not nice to chase your paying customers out before their drinks even arrive. Especially before you officially close for the night. Maybe stop taking orders earlier if you can't fulfill them in time.

This staff member has horrible customer service. I ordered two drinks. I asked for 0% sugar but received 25%. Also, I requested no lemon slice, but one was still included when I received them. She doesn't take her job seriously. You are doing a job, and this is a business, after all. She appears unhappy and doesn't even have the manners to speak to her customers. New-gen staff. Do something about it.

Bugis+ is one of the best meeting places for friends in central Singapore. But avoid peak hours, as the mall can get pretty crowded. LiHo Tea has refreshing drinks in hot and humid Singapore. We were happy to get seats to enjoy our tea.

Lychee Rose Coconut Slush ❤️, a perfect reflection of the general mood today as the June holidays have begun 🥳. The atmosphere felt alive all over Bugis, and LiHo was no exception to the buzz ⭐️. I need to commend Joel and crew for continually taking orders with a pleasant attitude ✅ despite the constant influx of customers! Everything seems efficient and seamless, which led to everyone getting their bubble teas quickly and accurately too 🤍. Awesome!

The staff was polite when we asked them about the missing bags during the Star Rail collaboration. Drinks were good and complemented various sweetness preferences well. The atmosphere is decent, with seating available.

It was my first time trying LiHO Tea. This outlet has a large and nice place to sit and chill. We ordered their signature coffee, and the menu showed a "hot" icon. However, when we collected the drink, it was ice cold. It was very strange that the staff didn’t ask whether we wanted it hot or cold. But he did ask for the sugar level. Their signature coffee is honestly not bad. And it was also pretty good value; $3.90 for a big cup of (good) coffee. We ordered "least sweet." Will patronize again.

Safe to say, the red sugar pearls didn't change the flavour much! 🥥 𝐍𝐨. 𝟖𝟒 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞 (𝐋) - $6.90 This right here is my NEW FAVOURITE!! The creamy coconut, tender red beans, and aromatic red sugar pearls are the best flavour combination for me 🤭 It kinda reminded me of pulut hitam, not gonna lie.

I went there because of a guest cosplay appearance at Bugis+ on 28 June 2025. Despite the long queue, my order came really fast. The drink was also super good. To add on, the ambience felt much better than any other Liho I've been to. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would come again given the chance. If you're looking for a place to rest after shopping (or even during it), I officially recommend this place.
