Poor service at this outlet. I was informed by staff that their boss, after looking at the CCTV, said I was not allowed to sit down at their seats because I hadn't purchased a single item from their shop (I had sat down midway while browsing). Their shop was very empty, and there were only 4-5 people inside, including their own staff. I'll be sure to NEVER buy a single item from this brand.

Very rude staff. Items are all overpriced. Can't even browse without the staff guilt-tripping you because they opened the box of shoes for you, and yet the customer is refusing to buy.

I went to the outlet looking for the right shoes for my volleyball playstyle. Staff member Nim was super helpful in helping me pick out what shoes would fit me best. I wanted a colorway of 808 5 Ultras which were unavailable, but he helped me find similar shoes with performance factors that suited my playstyle better, such as lateral support and shock absorption. Highly recommend this outlet and Nim!

I was on a 3-day trip there. What a blast! Since I have no Li-Ning shops in my country, I wanted to grab a pair for basketball/volleyball. What a pleasure to have friendly and patient employees to talk to. They take all the time to chat with you about models, colorways, needs, and technical aspects. They also have so much knowledge and experience about sports shoes that you can compare personal thoughts with theirs. I don't usually take time to comment (people tend to leave a review when they've had a bad experience), but I had to do something here: I didn't even ask the guy for his name because when I paid for my shoes, he had other clients to help. I didn't want to disturb his work. But thank you! It's been a pleasure. I visited on April 29 around 9 PM.
