I was at a running store on Aug 9, and I felt I had never experienced such heartwarming service in retail before, provided by Bell. I couldn't resist purchasing more items from her. Her product knowledge on running shoes, my own insoles, and her comparison of other brands and doctor-recommended brands was awesome. Thank you for her service.

Poor service at this outlet. I was informed by staff that their boss, after looking at the CCTV, said I was not allowed to sit down at their seats because I hadn't purchased a single item from their shop (I had sat down midway while browsing). Their shop was very empty, and there were only 4-5 people inside, including their own staff. I'll be sure to NEVER buy a single item from this brand.

Very rude staff. Items are all overpriced. Can't even browse without the staff guilt-tripping you because they opened the box of shoes for you, and yet the customer is refusing to buy.
