Fabulous experience! Face is glowing now. Great price for a weekly facial, clean and glow. Certainly worth the wait.

It was my first time here today, and I truly enjoyed the experience. My skin feels cleaner and rejuvenated now. Ms Lynn Tan has magic hands! She was so detailed, yet made me feel so relaxed that I fell into a (beauty) nap during the treatment. I also appreciate that there is no hard selling on packages or products. No stress. Will definitely come back again.

The facial was super uncomfortable, with very weird seats that caused discomfort in my neck. I've been to other outlets before, and they were fine. The worst thing was that I went for a pore-refining facial and left the place with a red patch on my forehead. I asked the facial lady what happened, and she just said sorry, explaining she had pressed too hard. She seemed inexperienced to me. Update: When I went home, red patches started to develop around my cheeks and lips.

My first visit to KSkin was for the pore refining combo. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean my skin was after the facial. As I had voiced my concern about blackheads, Yuen Ting really made sure to clean my skin so well that my blackheads of a couple of years (that other aestheticians never managed to remove) completely disappeared. The best $60 spent. Some redness was expected, but I didn't mind. She was friendly and soft-spoken, and even as she started to introduce products, I didn't feel it would be difficult to say no. That being said, I did get a product, but it was one I had wanted to try for a while. I am very happy with Yuen Ting and will continue my facials with her.

I was served by Lynn at the Bugis branch. Her service is very good. I enjoyed my session here, and she provides recommendations based on your skin condition. I will come back again.
