I called so many times, but the staff would just pick up the phone and not answer. I could hear their conversations. Two girls were just gossiping away while I tried to reach them. What's the point of having a number to call if you won't do your jobs?

My cousin and I were looking at shoes here and finally picked one out before heading to the kids section to find a shoe for my daughter. My daughter then accidentally spilled our bubble tea on the floor. We tried to clean it up, but a really nice staff member, Alicia, helped us clean it. She insisted we not clean it ourselves. She mopped the floor immediately after placing a wet floor sign and rushed straight back to her register to help out other customers. Thank you, Alicia! 🩷 Amazing service.

I have been to JD many times. The staff who brought me the shoes were very friendly. But at the counter, a Malay female cashier had a very proud attitude, without even a smile or thank you.

The store is very crowded on a PH. I was waiting at the cap section next to the cashier counters as there was a couple who were about to leave after choosing the caps they wanted. When I was about to step forward, a staff member who wanted to go into the cashier counter impolitely said to me, "excuse me, you are blocking the way." I was shocked by her accusation as I was clearly trying to clear the path, and the last thing I wanted was to block the way. There was a family standing nearer than I did to the counter entrance, and I think she was unhappy that I blocked "her way." What a frustrating way to be treated by unprofessional staff like this. Please either expand your store or move the cap section to another place away from the cashier counter so that your clients do not have to queue to choose the caps and unintentionally block your staff's way when entering the cashier counter.

You're always greeted with exemplary service when shopping at this store. Every single time! The staff (Jun Jie and Arfan) are extremely patient, prompt, and always serve with a smile. They always provide suggestions and advice. Best store to visit if you need a pair of sneakers!

Went to JD yesterday. Excellent service and hospitality by Danial. He was soft-spoken and not too pushy. Brought home a pair of Nike P6000 because he told me it was comfortable and that he was wearing one. Keep up the great work, JD!
