Was helped by Aniq with my shoe purchase. Amidst the crazy crowd of shoppers, he was very helpful and patient, even though he did not know my intent to purchase. Amani at the cashier counter helped me to maximize the discount on my purchase with a credit card promotion, since I bought multiple items. Good service must be complimented. Thank you both.

Customer service is top-tier. All the workers are so kind and accommodating even though they have to work long hours and manage multiple customers at once. As someone who has also worked in retail before, I admire their patience and service quality. Customers online giving the shop 1 star because of the “poor service” are callous and lack empathy to understand the endurance this job requires. I will definitely go to JD again to buy shoes and shoe care products.

I treated myself to a Christmas gift at JD Sports in Bugis and couldn’t be happier! I bought a pair of Air Jordan shoes and a matching Jordan duffel bag. The experience was fantastic, and I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. My wife joked about it, but she knows how much this means to me. A great shopping day indeed. Yehey!

I was at JD Sports on the 17th of May. I was looking for New Balance shoes, and one of your staff named Kyra was very kind and friendly. She was very patient with me when I wanted to try all the different models. There were many people; hence, there weren't any seats for me to try them on, but she helped me try them on regardless.
