Ordered online, great service via WhatsApp from staff member Ling. A ring sizer was sent out two days later, and the engraving was completed the same day after I selected the size. The whole process, including shipping (by SmartPac), took less than a week. I would recommend going to the outlet in person to see the products before buying online, because that helped a lot!
