Terrible experience. When I first wanted to purchase a custom product, I checked with the employee to see if it could be used in contact with water. He assured me that it could, but neglected to inform me that the laser engraving cannot be rubbed while wet, as this can cause the image to distort.
When I later confronted the employee, he insisted he had mentioned it to me beforehand, even though my parents and I were present, and none of us recalled him ever mentioning this. He was unapologetic and did not even offer alternative solutions. Service was bad, and it felt suspiciously like he just wanted to make a quick buck and didn't care about the after-sales service.
Will never come back again.

They kindly accepted engraving on rings we provided. The service was very polite and efficient; the engraving was ready within 45 minutes and nicely done. Highly recommended! Before all that, the WhatsApp enquiry was responsive and answered questions well.

I ordered a pair of couple rings online, and they were kind enough to WhatsApp me to find out how I measured my ring size and offered to send me their ring sizer just to be sure. The ring sizer came very quickly, and they were prompt to follow up on the size so they could fulfill my order as quickly as possible. Very attentive and personalised service, and I'm happy with the result. I finally received my rings, and they fit me perfectly. Thank you once again for a fantastic service!

Very good engraving service at Couple Lab, Bugis+ outlet. I'm also very pleased with Ms Barley who served me on 14 Apr 2024. She is friendly and patient. She also showed me previews of the fonts before she engraved on my bracelet. Prior to my visit, I had contacted customer service via WhatsApp and was served very promptly, receiving great customer service. Highly recommend Couple Lab for their engraving service. The result is beautiful, and I love it. Thank you very much.
