Overall, my second dining experience at this Japanese-Western fusion restaurant was delightful, and I'm already eager to return. The set B hotpot was a generous meal for two people at a reasonable price of $75, including taxes. The highlight dishes for me were the pizza, clams in hot stone bowl, and the hotpot. The pizza had a super thin and crispy crust, bursting with flavor. The clams in the hot stone bowl were fresh and complemented by a delightful soup. Additionally, the Salmon Belly Sashimi was tasty and fresh, a true treat for the taste buds. The hotpot, with its Sukiyaki soup base, was my favorite part of the meal. It was incredibly flavorful, but some might find it a bit salty. However, I noticed that the portion of sliced beef was quite small, and the hotpot was dominated by cabbage, making the beef a bit challenging to find. One downside was the lack of ready-made sauces. It was necessary to request sauces, but even then, the waitstaff seemed unsure about the available options. I ended up settling for soy sauce, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, apart from this, the overall dining experience was pretty good. Despite the minor sauce-related inconvenience, I would definitely consider visiting the restaurant again, hoping they could improve on providing or recommending sauces to complement the meat and side dishes.

Waited at the entrance to be seated. No one came to us, so we walked in and found ourselves a seat. After ordering, we waited 35 minutes for our food to arrive. Pathetic portion of fries. Grilled chicken taught my tongue new levels of saltiness. 'Large' rice came in a 'large' bowl, but the portion was less than large 😔.

My family doesn't eat beef but really loves pork. As such, we requested if the 'pork rice' could be prepared without the pork. Ms. Carolyne kindly checked with the kitchen for us, and they confirmed it was possible. We are truly grateful for that. I hope this outlet continues this service and considers adding a pork side to the menu.

Everything was good. The service was good because, at the time of payment, the cashier told me I would get a free item with a minimum purchase and that I could take it away. That was great! As a member, I received a 10% discount, and on top of that, I could use my $15 voucher immediately after signing up. The food was fresh and tasty. Service was fast and good. I don't understand why people need to be stingy with giving five stars when everything was good. Singaporeans just never seem satisfied or appreciative.

Ordered the donburimono set for 2. Overall, it was okay. The salmon don and buta don were not bad. But the ebiten (fried shrimp) was below expectation. The koromo was not fried properly. I do not recommend upgrading to the ebiten.

Ordered a premium set for two on a Sunday evening consisting of seafood hotpot, Japanese salad, chawanmushi, grilled squid, and salted egg chicken on a hot plate. Of the three servers, the most impressive one was Ms Chiam. Always cheerful and smiling, Ms Chiam went the extra mile by allowing me to use her hotspot when the WiFi was too weak to facilitate payment.

Food is alright. Not as bad as some reviews say. Quantity is good; all the food comes in pretty big portions. But it’s quite expensive; we spent $30 per person after the 20% membership discount. The queue time and waiting time for food are also pretty long. The membership costs $30 and only lasts for one year. But you get two $15 vouchers and a 10% discount for the whole year. So, if you spend a lot, it's probably worth getting the membership.

Big tables and comfortable seating. Food is great and affordably priced. However, the set meals for 2-4 persons are overpriced in my opinion, as you're possibly paying more for the salad, chawanmushi, and dessert. Servers brought the food to the table as quickly as possible. But they kept forgetting my requests. I even had to ask three times for my dessert to be served. This was despite the restaurant not even being packed, only about 30% filled.

Overall, the food was okay, and the staff were okay. The space was decent, not claustrophobic. We ordered a set meal but forgot to ask for the dessert to be served. At the counter, while making payment, the staff also never asked us or prompted us about this. Oh well.

Had dinner with my wife on Sunday. Ordered the hot pot set for both of us. We were served by Hwee Yoke; her explanation of the various choices of dishes helped us with the meal we had chosen. Her service was great and attentive to our requests. We had a great dinner and will definitely be back again for other food selections.
