Yummy food, efficient, and courteous service. I ordered a set meal for 4 and added on a few à la carte items. I had lunch again and still find the wide variety of food to my liking. Nice place too.

Easy to order, menu is accurate, and prices are clear. We ordered the seafood hot pot set for 2, which came with Shizuku Mochi for 2. My son and I totally forgot about it, and we were not served the desserts. So sad! We totally wanted to try that! Food is fresh and tasty. The portion was just right for 2 adults. My son and I were very, very full.

Greeted by friendly staff who led us to our designated table. We scanned a QR code to order and paid after our meal. The food was good. They offer a variety of lunch sets, each with a side dish and drink. Prices were reasonable. It is a good, recommended place to eat.

Had dinner here with 3 friends on a Tuesday night at this Japanese restaurant. It wasn't too crowded, so it was a comfortable and relaxed experience. We came because our friend is a member, and the 10% discount on food was a nice perk. I really liked that we managed to get a very spacious table that could probably seat 6 people. More space is always a big bonus! This was my second visit to this chain (the first was ages ago at the City Square outlet). I had the salmon mentaiko rice bowl, which was pretty good and satisfying. We also shared the grilled squid and a plate of fried items, both of which were nicely done. I didn’t try my friends’ other dishes, but everything looked well-prepared and appetising. Service was friendly, though it took a bit of time to get a soup refill for one of my friend's hotpot dish. I'm honestly surprised at the low online ratings; our experience was pleasant and decent. I'm giving it 4 stars for now. I will consider a higher rating if my next visit is just as good. I might even sign up for the membership, as they have quite a number of outlets in Singapore.

Overall, very good! The QR code queuing system was interesting and efficient. The food was excellent, particularly the sashimi (salmon belly) and unagi. Unfortunately, the Wagyu beef was not as smooth as expected. The Chocolate Lava cake had the right texture, but unfortunately, it lacked the expected flavor and aroma. The same applied to the ice cream, which lacked the milky texture. Still, it was a good effort to offer this dessert in a Japanese restaurant.
