NO INTEGRITY!!! Went there on 28/07/2024 and saw a really good Ichiban Kuji sheet, so my brother and I decided to buy the remaining 9 tickets. After we paid and were about to leave, my brother decided to check if the items were correct in the bag. Turned out we were missing 1 item, which was a small acrylic stand prize. When we confronted the staff, they said that they might have accidentally given out extras to other customers. In the end, the staff's solution was to give me the prize that I was missing out on, but from a staff member's own personal collection. Even though we got what we bought, that's not the main issue. The main issue was that the staff who helped us to take out all the prizes and checked whether everything was correct knew something was wrong, but didn't inform us immediately until we checked the bag ourselves. How did I know that the staff already knew something was wrong? When my brother and I were checking the bag, I turned back and saw that the staff member was talking to another staff member while looking at us. (Can't be a coincidence, right?)

Really bad customer service and extremely rude employees. It was a bit late (8:50 PM); the store closes at 9 PM. My friend and I were scrolling through the Ichiban Kuji when this employee suddenly closed the store while we were inside. We were still clueless about this and kept browsing through the Ichiban Kuji. Afterwards, he started banging on the table as if he was playing drums like a maniac to alert us that the store had closed. However, it states that the store closes at 9 PM. Perhaps they should change the closing time, and they could've at least told us that the store was closing.

Bad buying experience from this store. A guy with black hair and specs had a bad attitude. I asked what the difference was between this product and that one. All he answered me was, "That one is better" (with an unhappy face). I asked again, "But that one is more expensive." He still gave me the same answer. If that's his answer, why would I bother asking what the difference was?
This is the second time I've encountered this.

At 11:30 AM today, October 7, 2024, my friends and I entered the arcade to ask if we were able to play despite being in uniform, just to try our luck. To our dismay, a certain staff member was EXTREMELY disrespectful. I quote everything she said: “Hey! Get Out! No school uniform!” She was extremely rude and very unkind. I highly despise this kind of behavior, especially considering her being quite young. At the very least, she could have been polite and come up to us to say we couldn't be there because we were in school uniform. This behavior actually pissed me off so much. Never come when that specific staff member is here; she is very short and has a bad attitude.

Poor attitude from a male staff member with spectacles. I asked for the differences between headsets, and his reply was, “the other one better lor.” Such an unpleasant experience! Management should look into this issue. This is not the first time I’ve encountered such ‘good service’ from this outlet. I hope your shop can last long with staff like this.

Quite a huge selection of games and consoles available, ranging from new to used. Especially if you game on PlayStation, this is the store for you to check out. Located at Level 5 of Bugis+, it's a pretty big store and hard to miss.
