Bought a diffuser on November 2, 2024. After a week, the machine stopped turning on. I brought it back to the shop, and the sales staff asked me to leave it so she could test it. After two days, I came back, and she asked me to take it home to test again. Now, after three weeks (December 5, 2024), the same issue has arisen: the machine still can't turn on! This is quite an expensive machine, but the quality isn't very good. I hope they will replace it with a new one. I don't want to come back for repairs every month!

I’ve walked past The Smell Lab (Bugis+) many times but finally decided to pop in, and I’m glad I did! The store smells amazing and has a great range of aromatherapy and bath products. Anisa was very approachable and knowledgeable. She patiently explained the different products and gave helpful recommendations without being pushy, which I really appreciated. I picked up a Lemongrass shower gel and room spray (I’m a big fan of lemongrass!) and also got a Green Tea hand cream for myself. For a friend’s birthday, I bought a gift set that was beautifully wrapped — super convenient since I didn’t have to do any wrapping. I also liked that I could choose the scents for the soy candle and room spray in the set. It’s always a bonus when I get to support a local brand while picking up thoughtful gifts!
