No air conditioning at night; it was super hot, and I was sweating. Very poor late night experience. Construction was ongoing at the upper levels, and it was very noisy. Even though it's 24 hours, having no AC and being hot was just a downer. Don't recommend at all.

The worst cafe I have ever been to. My experience there was very unpleasant. The staff was rude and confused. I arrived and ordered my coffee at 16:43 today and sat down, planning to spend some time before heading to another place at 17:10. Guess what happened? At 17:00, the staff came over, asked me for my receipt, and then told me I needed to leave in 15 minutes. What kind of logic? And what is the math behind? I will never visit this place again. And I suggest you don't either. There are other options with more friendly staff.

Vanilla latte was nice. The chicken mushroom pasta was not that great. Wanted to order the club sandwich, but the oven was being cleaned at the time. Too bad.
Good service. The place is clean and quite spacious.

A nice place for a short break after a day of shopping. The cheese pretzel was yummy, and so was the plain, fluffy croissant. The Malibu Paradise was awesome, and so was the Cappuccino.

I was just minding my own business when suddenly a staff member approached me and asked me for my receipts, offering no explanation until I questioned him. I bought my drink at 4:43 PM, and he approached me at 5:30 PM, which clearly had not exceeded the one-hour time limit yet. I clarified with him that the dining time was not yet up, but he insisted that the one hour was up and tried to chase me out unless I purchased something else, claiming his boss saw that I had been sitting there for a very long time. To be clear, there were other customers who had been studying there longer than me, yet he did not ask them. I was not quite sure what he was trying to explain. After much back and forth, I just gave up and told him I would be leaving in 15 minutes, and then he told me I could stay for 30 more minutes. This kind of unprofessionalism was a great disappointment, as I do not experience these kinds of situations in other Coffee Bean outlets. I am definitely not coming back here.

Great location to meet up with friends. The food and drinks are nice, and the service is friendly. Vegetarians have plenty of meatless options.

I read the reviews about the rude service, and it’s completely true. Not sure if it’s the same person, but it’s a guy who was working at night, and I can clearly remember his face. He could have openly said that he didn’t want to serve me, by the way — freaking pathetic. If you don’t want to work, don’t work.

By the way, Google Maps keeps giving you the wrong direction. The Coffee Bean shop is located inside Bigis Pass Shopping Center, right across from or in front of the Uniqlo entrance. It is open 24 hours and offers fresh coffee. It has a good selection of food and snacks.
