It was only okay, and pretty expensive. I found a few other coffee shops nearby after the event.

We ordered some takeaway drinks around 10pm. Not sure if it was closing time or a busy period, but the drinks tasted horrible, unlike those I've ordered from other outlets before. It's supposed to be dark chocolate ice blended, but it had no chocolate taste and more coffee taste. It doesn't even taste like mocha. It's so expensive, and you get such poor quality drinks.

The staff were very rude. I was just closing my eyes for a few minutes when suddenly a worker came and told me that I was not allowed to sleep here. But the thing is, how did they know I was sleeping and not just resting my eyes? And another thing: there was a table that didn't order anything and took a few ice cream sticks, but didn't get called out for not ordering anything? They were there for a good hour or two, and no one approached them about it. Horrible. Make some changes, man!

I would like to address that I am not happy today. When visiting your Bugis Plus outlet, I was told that we had to leave because we only had an hour allowed? Can I check when such a rule was set? If you have such a rule, please make it public so we will go elsewhere instead of visiting Coffee Bean. Also, it's quite funny that only customers at selected tables were informed of it, and not all tables. This is truly ridiculous, and I will not visit your outlets anymore, as it ruined a happy gathering with my friends and was due to such a request from your staff. Crazy.

Good coffee. But not the best coffee in Singapore compared to cafes in its league. Dark chocolate is not really dark enough. Yuzu cake was decent though.
