You can eat Jiro-style ramen. It seems like the taste is different depending on the amount of vegetables. Personally, I think the soup tastes better without vegetables.

The taste is completely different from the Taishoken in Higashi-Ikebukuro. It's something else. It would be better if you removed the portrait of the owner.

Best tsukemen I had in Singapore! Go for the spicy tsukemen! Important detail: Located in Ramen Champion at Bugis+.

The food here is nice. I ordered Tsukemen, and the soup is not salty. Food is generally good; however, the service could improve. The waitress did not mention the need to make payment after scanning the code to submit the food order.

The tsukemen was pretty average. The noodles were perfect, but the dipping sauce was pretty thin even before dilution with the provided dashi.

Spilling Coke on a customer in front? Okay, an accident can happen. But the staff inside saw it, and outside there were only two servers. One was at the entrance and couldn't see because they were blocked by a pillar — that's understandable. But the other one already saw it and still took so long to come. She gave one small tissue, whispered "sorry," and then walked off. I hadn't even said "it's okay" when she disappeared. Then, 5 minutes later, the kitchen guy who spilled it came out, still laughing. He said "sorry" but never looked at anyone, just stared at the sauce or chopsticks. Maybe he thought he spilled it on the wrong person. That really showed no sincerity. They never asked if the customer was okay, and there was no follow-up. They totally didn't know how to handle the situation. #But the food was nice
