The decorations were really well done, adding to the vibe of the restaurant. Plus, the meat was fresh and delicious. The staff also informed us of everything we needed to know and let us stay a bit longer to finish our food!

Food is decent. The ambiance isn't great. They have a prominent sign at the entrance (as well as on their website) that says it's free to eat during your birthday month. However, it doesn't state that it excludes Fridays-Sundays. It's in the T&Cs on their website, but I feel this is false advertising if they don't mention this prominently in their ads.

The reviews on Google are very misleading. They keep saying 'this is good, that is good,' and 'service is good,' but my experience there this afternoon was not pleasant.
1. When I needed help clearing plates, nobody was there. Where were the staff? It was very difficult to find them and get their attention.
2. When trying to get attention for more beef or to add soup, it was even worse. All staff avoided eye contact or acted as if they didn't see me.
3. When I asked for help, one staff 'auntie' said, "Can wait?" in a rude tone. Wt... Actually, I was calling for someone else, not the 'auntie' who was serving another table. The other staff also simply chose to ignore me.
4. Lastly, I wanted to use Grab Dine Out deals, but I wasn't told in the first place that today was Father's Day and I couldn't use the app. They immediately assumed I would pay with PayWave. I only found out at the last minute. The guy was shocked when I said I wanted to use the deal, and he paused for a while and said, "Oh, cannot use because today is Father's Day!"
Well, if you don't mind the service, the food is affordable for the price paid.

This place is amazing. I did not know it was a chain with multiple locations. Luckily, I walked past it, and without thinking twice, I went inside and sat down. The meats were amazing, and War War was the most helpful and friendly. Make sure to bring your appetite.

I've visited this hot pot restaurant several times. I particularly like the wide variety at their buffet bar and the generous size of their hot pot bowls. Even with a divided pot, the flavors don't easily mix.
The quality of the beef is satisfactory, but when we ordered a second round, one plate of beef was almost entirely fat.
The lunch buffet hot pot doesn't offer ice cream, but it does have a small selection of cooked food.
The service is good, and they regularly refill the soup.
