The claws are without strength, and it seems designed solely to earn more profit. I spent some money but was still unable to win many prizes. Some of the machinery is only able to move left and right, and the item was placed at the corner, making it impossible to grab.

I know claw machines are rigged, but this place! Not just the claw strength is set to its lowest setting, as in every machine, THE TOY IN THE MACHINE IS SPECIFICALLY PLACED SO THE TAG ON THE TOY ACTS AS AN ANCHOR! Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Leon Tan
Pretty bad experience. Many machines are $2 per game (P.S. I also found out from my friends that the toys are not authentic). In the end, I spent like $70 since I was already there. Then I asked the old staff member (everyone says he is the boss) for a plastic bag to hold the toys I caught. He said he doesn't give out plastic bags. Minutes later, I saw him giving plastic bags out to an affluent-looking couple who were playing so that they didn't have to hold them with much difficulty. This happened voluntarily, too, without them even requesting it. In short, don't go if you don't look rich. They give preferential treatment.

The customer service was negative and unpleasant. The claw machines had lousy and weak claws. The timing was only about 10 seconds per catch. Other machines at Play Un**** and in places in Yishun were so much better. I will never waste my hard-earned money on them again.

Very bad experience: the claw machine's jaw is very weak. I feel very cheated; I spent $62 and caught nothing. I even asked customer service to help adjust it, but they were so unwilling – you could see it from their faces and reactions. If that's the case, I suggest they shouldn't work there; it's a total waste of my time. Guys, I suggest you don't play there if you are not RICH enough, as their machines all have strong settings. You'll never get the chance to win any plushies.

The claws are very weak on most machines. They hardly pick anything up. The tags are always stuck on the edge (due to how they're stuffed), so even when a toy drops, its tag will make it hang over the edge.
Some of the staff there are unapproachable, but some do give tips on how to win when you've spent a lot there and gotten nothing.

Here's the edited review:
As for the games themselves, they are quite affordable and fun to play.
As for the claw machines, the strength is set to the lowest possible, and the payout threshold is ridiculously high. Avoid at all costs.
Overall, avoid this place if you want plush wins, but if you are here just to play a couple of games and have some fun, you can drop by.

My friend played the iPhone 13 machines, spending $150 and 2 hours, but didn't win. We were told that the more times she tried, the higher her chances, and that three months ago, a guy won the difficult game, though his photo was not shown. We took multiple videos, hoping to record a win, but the gadgets looked fixed, and we couldn't win at all. It's Good Friday, and we felt scammed. I feel sorry for my friend because it was her first time attempting such games with enthusiasm, and she is rather disappointed. Luckily, she didn't spend $1000 trying to win the empty promise prize.

Do not waste your money on Singapore's biggest scam crane game and arcade! The owner and staff will get their comeuppance for scamming money from people. The attitude of the staff is very bad. All the prizes in the machine are misleading and a scam. Singapore Police Force or law enforcement should investigate and close down this arcade. Everyone should avoid and report this arcade to the authorities.

Nice arcade, cute prizes and cute aesthetics.
The only thing that bugs me is obviously the claw machines, which don't seem very strong and have a fat chance of dispensing a prize. Almost every machine I played seemed very weak. It's frustrating when you're passionate about winning a cute-looking prize, only to be bamboozled by a weak claw.
Forget your thoughts of winning; you will only leave with hopes and dreams. Try Cow Play Cow Moo or Funclaw instead.
Also, it is blaringly loud in the arcade in general, so I don't recommend this place for anyone with sensitive hearing or prone to hearing impairment.
The young blond Korean bloke is very polite, at least. Speak to him if you ever need assistance. Don't approach the other staff, as they don't seem very satisfied with helping others; they only seem satisfied to pinch your money.

One word: Old. Haha, it's an old gem. With that said, machines are either old, old, old, or have very stiff settings. Otherwise, it's just an arcade with claw and ticket games. Toy-wise, they're mainly non-authentic. So, watch your spending per catch. They use janky claws, so you get the picture. You'll need some skill to get them!

Come for some fun catching! Lots of claw machines and other physical games. Leave your mobile phone behind and spend time with your loved one or friends. Don't feel disappointed if you don't manage to catch a toy, but I'm sure you can at least catch one or a few. Group together and spend $50 to get 150 tokens. You'll get more chances for your buck. Just enjoy the game and your friends for a good day or night out!

We spent $50 for 150 tokens, with each play costing 3-4 tokens. We got 4 dolls out of it. Yes, some of the claws are weak, but that's to be expected. By adding a bit of skill and luck, we managed to bounce the dolls into the hole and win them. The staff are friendly, the dolls are cute, and overall, we had fun! 🥰 Winnings photo attached 👇🏼

Excellent gem of a bar. The place is cool and clean, and the staff—Eric, Laine, and Shaira—are very friendly! 😁 The music is amazing; I don't want to leave...

First, we buy coins, and using those coins, we can play various games to win tickets and claim various prizes based on the tickets collected. I was just able to claim a small rubber ball for 200 tickets. It was fun and quite addictive. 😅
