The wait time for food wasn't too long. The environment was okay overall. However, we found that the food portions were a bit small and could have been more generous. You can see this from my photos. The Tom Yum soup was only enough for about two small bowls. There was a promotion for steamed sea bass at 50% off with every $30 spent, so we ordered it. The steamed fish we ordered was spicy and sour, and I personally loved the taste. But the prawn donut was so-so, and only three pieces were given. The Phad Thai was a bit too sweet. My mum loved the Red Ruby dessert, but it was served in a cup, which made it difficult to eat. And after the meal, all of us felt very thirsty, and I suspected it might have contained MSG. This is just my point of view, but I will not be visiting again. The food portions should have been more generous. The overall price was about $20 per person for our bill. There were four adults and two children.

Pretty good value for set lunch, which consists of a main, a small side, and a drink. The prawn fried rice with a runny omelette was pretty good. The side of glass noodle salad was okay. The Thai milk tea was fragrant and not diluted, but too sweet. The stir-fried kailan had more pork meat than vegetable. Overall, it's an affordable meal in a mall setting.

Fast service and many seats available.
Noodle dishes were not bad and flavorful. Simple ingredients, but for the price, it’s pretty worth it. 4/5
Garlic pork was meh. A lot of fried garlic on top, but the pork itself was really bland and missing garlic fragrance. It tasted like plain batter. 2/5
Overall, it's still worth visiting, but skip the garlic pork.

A no-frills, good Thai spot. About $250 for 12 people, with good portions.

Prices of the dishes are well below $10, averaging around $6.90 to $8.90 for most single-plate dishes. So, this is a good place not to break the bank while in an air-conditioned mall. Taste-wise, of course, it is within the price point, so don't expect much, but it delivers a functionally satisfying meal without being too fussy.
Service is prompt and attentive, and the space is generous with a good number of tables and chairs. We came here on a Sunday evening at dinner time, and there were queues at most of the other dining establishments, but there was no queue here, which fit our bill for settling dinner quickly.

Very friendly servers. The food is yummy, and the portion sizes are adequate. The steamed fish is highly recommended.

Here are a few options, keeping the changes minimal:
**Option 1 (Very minimal):**
"Great location for a chit-chat and decent-tasting Thai food. It's affordable, too!"
*(Changes: hyphenated "chit-chat" and "decent-tasting," capitalized "Thai," made the last part a complete sentence.)*
**Option 2 (Slightly smoother flow):**
"Great location for some chit-chat and decent-tasting Thai food. It's affordable, too!"
*(Changes: "a chit chat" to "some chit-chat" for better flow, hyphenated "decent-tasting," capitalized "Thai," made the last part a complete sentence.)*
I lean towards **Option 2** as it makes "chit-chat" flow a bit more naturally while still keeping the original informal tone.

The Waterfall Pork Belly is an amazing dish, mildly spicy and tasty. The place is usually not too busy!

Delicious authentic Thai restaurant.
It used to be located at the nearby, deserted Sunshine Plaza. It was a good decision to move to Bugis+, which has more foot traffic.

Being in the mood for Thai food lately, we headed down to Pratunam PLUS to get our Thai cuisine fix.
It's good to be back at Pratunam PLUS, a fuss-free casual Thai café offering authentic Thai street food at a reasonable price point in a prime location. This trendy café features a bright and bold color palette in its décor. Equally eye-catching is the tuk-tuk parked on the café frontage, seemingly reminding diners that Pratunam PLUS is akin to a street food tour through Bangkok, not only delighting taste buds but also delivering an exciting, fun dining experience. The floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceiling also greatly elevate the café atmosphere, making the space bright, airy, and open.
Our Thai-rrific meal comprised:
* Love, love, love the Deep Fried Thai Chicken Wings! Spot-on in flavor, marinated and deep-fried to perfection – crispy outside, tender and juicy inside! So addictive that we ordered a second portion!
* The Thai Spring Rolls (2 rolls) here are crispy and fab! Each roll is loaded with tasty ingredients (veggies, black fungus, and glass noodles) and deep-fried until golden brown...we couldn't get enough!
* The 3-pc Prawn Donuts are well-seasoned and crumbed in panko for a deep-fried crunch! Their flavorful, crispy exterior and springy prawn paste filling complement each other. With a denser filling, we believe these donuts would be even more deliciously addictive!
* Do NOT skip the Runny Omelette Prawn Fried Rice! The luscious omelette blanket, with succulent prawns 🦐 folded into its creaminess, drapes over fluffy fried rice and is skillfully done...amazingly velvety, bursting with savoury flavors and irresistible freshness!
* Thai Custard Kaya Bread Cubes (Milk Tea)...love this one! Thick slices of white bread, lightly toasted and cut into cubes for dipping into a small tub of cold, velvety, creamy Milk Tea kaya...every bite is heavenly!
* The iconic Thai Red Milk Tea (less sweetened) is excellent...the taste is on point and rich in flavor. So good we ordered a second cup!
Everything we ordered was Aroi Mak Mak😋😋 – delightfully aromatic, piping hot comfort food on a rainy Monday afternoon when we visited. Portions were generous, sufficient for 2-pax sharing. The piquant, fiery green chilli – the most versatile of the dips – lent an extra kick of flavor and went well with practically everything.
Bravo to the friendly, attentive, and efficient staff for making our dining experience enjoyable. They ensured every aspect of our meal was to our satisfaction and got our feedback right after we finished our meal.
Pratunam PLUS is a clean, cool space to hang out with family and friends over small bites, a hearty meal, or a couple of drinks. For us, a return trip is on the horizon.

This place has something to satisfy every craving.
**Prawn Donuts**
These golden bites are stuffed with a sweet, bouncy prawn mash and coated in a light, ultra-crispy batter that delivers the perfect crunch. One bite and you'll get why it's a crowd favorite. A must-try, and yes—the hype is real.
**Moo Ping**
Succulent, juicy, and kissed by the grill—these pork skewers are a flavor bomb of smoky, sweet, and savory goodness. Dangerously addictive.
**Thai Style Steamed Seabass (Spicy!)**
Delicately steamed fish swimming in a spicy, tangy broth that wakes up your taste buds in the best way possible. You’ll be spooning that sauce over your rice like it's liquid gold.
**Claypot Prawn Vermicelli**
This one's a cozy, comforting bowl of glass noodles cooked in a savory claypot broth with fresh prawns and heaps of umami. Bonus points for that smoky wok hei flavor. So slurpable.
**Runny Omelette Basil Minced Meat Rice**
HELLO, silky omelette! This dish is everything you love about Thai basil rice, topped with a creamy, slightly runny omelette that clings to every bite. The wok hei is real, and the contrast of fluffy egg and basil minced meat is chef’s kiss.
**Mango Sticky Rice**
No Thai feast is complete without this classic dessert. Creamy coconut sticky rice, sweet ripe mangoes… it's simple, it's iconic, and it always hits the spot.
We wrapped up our meal with Red 'n' Green Thai Milk Tea – rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet.

Craving Thai food, we headed here with my friends. The menu offered many varieties!
The hotpot feeds 3-4 people, with plenty of ingredients and, of course, Mamee noodles! You get to taste pork belly, pork balls, chicken cutlet, etc. We picked the Red option, which was sweet and spicy. There was also a Clear option, which the staff said was non-spicy and light.
Thai-Style Steamed Seabass was so good and a must-order! The seabass was fresh, and the spicy, sour sauce was so appetizing. It was the best dish ordered that day.
Kang Kong and Prawn Vermicelli was pretty good as well. The prawns were fresh, not mushy, and easy to peel.
Portions at this place were reasonable for the price. Service was a bit lacking, especially if you needed serving spoons or more bowls, as staff were hard to locate.

The signature dry tomyum noodles are a standout, full of flavour with just the right kick. All my friends loved it. The other dishes are decent and make for an overall satisfying Thai meal in a convenient location.
Kueh Kueh Fables
Nice casual setting, clean space, and the service was quick. Thai red and green milk teas were smooth and fragrant. The tom yum mama noodles are flavorful. Loved the prawn donut. It was crispy outside and juicy inside. Moo ping was well marinated and grilled just right. The steamed seabass was fresh, tender, and packed with flavour. Definitely worth getting. Ended the meal with mango sticky rice, which was the perfect finish.
