Excellent customer service from Silvia who was very patient during the eye testing and ensured the prescription was comfortable for my eyes. She also gave recommendations on what type of design suits my face. Compared to Lenskart, the service provided was definitely better and more efficient.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chloe. She was extremely unfriendly and refused to provide the originally agreed-upon test service. Not only was she unprofessional and rude, but she also lost her temper and used inappropriate language. She then demanded additional payment for other tasks, which was not part of the original arrangement. I do not recommend her services at all.

I just went to Owndays to get a new frame and lenses for my glasses. It was one of the best experiences, as the staff were not only helpful but also knowledgeable! I am especially grateful for Chloe, as she was patient with me while I took a while to decide on what I wanted and gave great advice on what lenses I should use to protect my eyesight.

Kenshin Loke was extremely helpful when my new glasses had alignment issues. He went above and beyond to provide excellent after-sales service! I highly recommend this store and him!

The service I received from Chloe was terrible. She was not friendly or helpful. She kept suggesting I add on extra items and pay more. When I said no, her attitude changed right away. She became cold, rude, and unprofessional. It felt like she didn’t want to serve me anymore just because I didn’t want to spend more money. To be fair, the other staff were polite and helpful. It was only Chloe who gave me this kind of bad attitude. That’s why it was even more disappointing. I know they are capable of good service, but she clearly didn’t care. Honestly, I believe many of the 5-star reviews are fake or not accurate. The way Chloe treated me doesn’t match the positive things people say online. If you only read the reviews, you might expect amazing service, but when you visit, it can be a very different experience. This is my honest experience. I hope it helps others. If you're thinking of going to this shop, don’t trust the reviews completely, go and see for yourself first.
