Turns out the 'ammonia-free' colour is not true; I was only told halfway through the treatment that it still contained ammonia. No wonder my ears itched upon application. It's also not organic, though the impression given was that it was, with the plants used highlighted. The only good thing was that there was nobody at the salon, and the service was okay.

I came here based on reviews. The reviews were so good, I decided to give it a try. And I am not disappointed at all. The stylist listens to your needs, gives his advice, and provides the best cuts and service. It's a modern salon with Instagram-worthy décor.

The haircut by KOL is a godsend! I asked for layers, and KOL delivered exactly what suited my hair best—without any hard sell. The recommendations felt truly tailored to my needs and hair type. My hair now dries 20 minutes faster, feels so much lighter, and is much easier to manage. KOL is incredibly knowledgeable, and I could really tell this stylist had my best interest at heart. He also **has** an eye for detail. Highly recommended!

One of my friends came to the salon to have her hair cut by Kol Chong previously, and I was very impressed with his cut. So I came back to have my hair cut by him. He is very professional and precise. He took time to style my hair as well, getting the style I wanted, and by the end of the haircut, it was really what I was looking for. I'm definitely coming back again to get my hair cut. Top-notch service!

I came to this shop for the first time feeling nervous about how my hair would turn out. My friend recommended this place, saying to just go in and the hairdresser would work his magic. And she was absolutely right! He completely transformed my hair. I am so happy with the result. Friendly consultation with free tea.

This is my third visit to the hair salon, and I'm always attended to by Kol. I'm happy with his careful handling of my hair and his helpful recommendations on products for curly/frizzy hair. He's also polite and kind.
