I was initially drawn in by the attractive prices advertised outside, but this turned out to be a disappointing experience. The salon was completely empty when I arrived, which should have been a red flag. The main issue was with the hair coloring service - the color was barely visible, which was not what I expected or paid for. The overall service quality did not match even the discounted pricing (not to mention the upselling). After my visit, I decided to check their online reviews and was surprised (not really) to discover that many of the positive reviews appear to be from accounts with review histories showing they're not local to Singapore, raising questions about the authenticity of their online reputation. I would recommend looking elsewhere for hair services and being cautious of establishments that may not have genuine local reviews.

What a gem to have stumbled upon this place by accident. I had a relaxing experience with Elaine, who had zero hard-selling and was gentle with her focus on really just giving a quality experience. Her head massage was excellent, and I am surprised at the service and product quality I received. I can feel a real difference, making it a good value compared to other brands where I paid the same. Ditch the other places and come here. This place gives you more value and quality products, and uses organic, good stuff for your hair. At the end of my visit, I was given tea and snacks, and my hair felt really light and fresh. Thank you. This was my first time, but certainly not the last!

I went to their salon yesterday for hair colour. It was my first time. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Thanks to Jing Xiang for doing a great job on my hair. I really loved the colour Mattebrown. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Stylish Kol at Organic Way Salon. He really takes time to listen to what I want and offers great suggestions that lead to amazing results. I got Algana Treatment. The results are amazing; my hair feels soft and shiny. Highly recommended.
