Don't insert tokens too quickly, or your money will be eaten. It cost 5 yuan to get this dog, but because I was too quick, 2 yuan was eaten. So, this dog cost me a total of 7 bucks.

Here's the edited review: You should change whoever is managing your WhatsApp Business account and/or the business. Your gashapon machine gave a totally different figure. We messaged your business account, but received no apology or expression of concern. You replied to our messages as though we had caused you trouble and inconvenience. We still had to accommodate your preferred outlet, day, and time for a 1-to-1 swap, and at your arbitrary convenience. You asked us to arrive before 8 PM, and we had to take the initiative and go through the hassle of messaging and calling you back and forth just to locate your staff. There was absolutely no communication within your own team about this. And again, you are the ones who caused us inconvenience and were not even apologetic about it. Even people who sell things on Carousell have more ethics and empathy than you. If you want to conduct business in this manner, then you might as well close down. You won't last long with this attitude anyway. Rest assured, we will not be patronising your business again.
