Food: Superb herbal taste of the soup. The restaurant allows one-time refills for the soup without extra charges. The dry udon goes well with the bak kut teh, although one might find the combination weird. Service: Servers may not be attentive, especially when you are in the queue or asking for soup refills.

We came here after quite some time and were somewhat disappointed, as the quality had dropped. We ordered the set meal for two, and the pork ribs were extremely tough to eat. Most of it was 'soft bone' that was not soft at all. The soup was also on the saltier side. They have also limited the soup refill to only once, though drinks still offer unlimited refills. Overall, it was a little disappointing, but I may still come back if I crave their dou miao.

Bland soup and burnt meat at the bottom of the clay pot. Unfriendly young staff when we asked if the All-In BKT came with rice; her reply was impatient. Food and service were not worth the price paid.

Overall experience was average. Quality is decent, but not worth the price for the quantity. The amount of meat is too little for the price.

Edited review: Tried the pork tenderloin bak kut teh. The portion was on the small side, with only a few thin slices of pork that were a little chewy. It came with two pieces of button mushroom, some enoki mushrooms, cabbage, and tau kee in a herbal-style soup. The soup leaned a bit too salty for my liking and lacked the depth I was hoping for. The dough fritters were quite disappointing as they were tough and hard to bite into, with no crisp at all. The fried tofu was better, with a soft centre and a light crisp on the outside. The tau kwa and tau pok were the more enjoyable items, both nicely flavoured and well done. Overall, the meal felt pretty average, with only a few sides that were worth ordering.
