I don't come to this outlet often, but I visited recently out of convenience. The same hard-selling, aggressive tactics are present across all the outlets I've been to (including Yishun and Bishan), so I think that's the big downside of this nail chain. The good thing is that they are always very friendly and help you feel welcome. They allowed me to come back 3 days later to fill in the colour for my toenails, as I was wearing covered shoes the previous day. Served by Jaymie, Erlienda, KSI!

I went on the weekend to remove my current gel polish and had a classic manicure and pedicure. Both Joe and Nicky were very friendly, and it was lovely to chat with them. They thoroughly cleaned my nails. Overall, the shop is very clean. They sanitise each device they use on my nails and use a plastic bag to cover the basin before letting me soak my feet, so I could see their hygiene level was kept to a high standard.

I came in to just get my nails done, and I'm very happy with my service. Abigail was such a lively and sweet nail technician. I really enjoyed my time and didn't realize how quickly time flew by. I highly recommend this spot, and ask for Abigail when you come in!

I'm requesting a full refund for the package that was hard-sold to me.
Your staff told me that my nails needed a fungal treatment. I went to a doctor a few days later. The doctor said there was no fungal infection and that it was impossible I had one previously that your one-time treatment could have miraculously cured. Which means I was lied to by your staff.
I went with my own stickers, and I only wanted a simple nail gel. But I left feeling pressured to believe that I needed fungal treatment and additional mask treatments that clearly didn't make sense. The pressure was much greater when the staff planted ideas into your mind, such as "I am a very easygoing customer" and "I am very generous," and leveraging health concerns like "dead skin cells will accumulate" and "melanin pigments on your skin will cause skin problems," etc. When I did not agree to the first package offer, there was a lot of calculator pressing in front of me, as well as some whispering between staff, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially since my limbs were still in their hands.
Ultimately, the nails didn't even last a week. The stickers were falling, and even the gel was starting to chip. And I barely did any work that involved heavy hand usage. Ridiculous!
You have CCTV in your store. Go look at it. You have your receipts; go check them. I would not have left such a bad review had I not felt scammed.
If I do not get a satisfactory reply by today, I will be making a police report.
