Had a great experience with Katherine at Bugis+. Since this was my first time, she explained to me in detail about the IPL process and the packages based on my needs. She was very sweet and friendly, checking on me during the whole process to ensure I was comfortable, which made this a great experience for me.

I have been a loyal customer of this outlet for many years. They recently renovated the place, and it looks very aesthetically pleasing. The service is very good; the staff are all very friendly and efficient. Another plus point is that they don’t hard sell. In addition, I have seen results since I first started.
As for the downside, it’s very hard to get an appointment, especially if you change it at the last minute. Otherwise, overall it’s a great place 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The treatment was done very cleanly, quickly, and with no pain at all. The person in charge, Catherine, was also nice, friendly, and patient in explaining the details. A very good experience.

Disappointed with the staff. My package includes complimentary underarm and bikini line sessions. I told the staff I would like to do only the underarm treatment for that session, as I was unable to do the bikini line that day. The staff agreed but did not explain that the complimentary underarm and bikini line sessions are a bundled service, and if I only did the underarm, the bikini line session would also be deducted. Only after I finished the treatment and signed the iPad, the staff told me that my bikini line session would also be deducted. Had the staff mentioned this beforehand, I would not have done the underarm treatment that day.
