I wish to compliment staff member Katherine for her excellent service. She is a really nice, friendly, polite, and helpful lady. She is professional in her skills and patient, explaining in detail about my treatments. Whenever she got to know I needed to reschedule my previously booked appointment, she went the extra mile to call me when there was an available slot. She did this to check if I was able to come for the appointment, as she knew about my busy workload in the hospital. Thank you, Katherine! 🙂 Really appreciate you!

Good experience. I have been receiving treatment at this outlet for a few years. I would like to compliment staff Kelly, Catherine, and other staff members who have treated me (I apologize, I can't recall their names). They are very friendly, approachable, and professional. I am not happy with their service or product knowledge. If you are looking for a good hair removal salon, I would suggest “Wink Wax” if you are around the Bugis area. I have been using Musee for a long time. I started with underarms in Japan, and for their relatively reasonable price, I was happy with the results. I proceeded to buy more packages for other parts of my body, such as my neckline. The staff who sold the package also performed the first session on my neck area. She shaved all the way, even the actual hairline area, which I was later told in subsequent sessions cannot be removed with their machine. As she shaved hair that was not supposed to be, my neckline looks uglier than ever as hair grows back. You can refer to the photos. Subsequently, the staff told me that they can't shave again either, as there was no point. And I was just told to grow it back. My question is, why then did the first staff shave in the first place? The staff should be well-trained and educated before doing the service. I made an appeal to the salon regarding my terrible hairline caused by their staff, but they did not offer any apology, just, “Yeah, Miss, but we cannot remove hair; only baby hair can be removed.” I am not happy with their service anymore, but as I have a package paid for, I still have to come back. However, I will just use it for other parts of the body that do not require much skill. That should be fine. I visited the salon I mentioned earlier, “Wink Wax Bugis,” to seek a solution after searching for a salon nearby. They are very professional, skillful, knowledgeable, and did a great job making my ugly hairline look better! I would suggest reconsidering if you are thinking of buying a package for areas that require more skill and are visible to the public.
