I had a nice experience chatting with my stylist, but Iβm honestly pretty disappointed with how my hair turned out. I went in hoping for a soft milk tea ashy blonde (pic for reference), and after spending over $500 on bleach and color, I ended up with dark brown hair. The stylist mentioned that weβd see how my hair took to the bleach, but after the first round, my hair wasn't ready for color yet. I wasn't informed, however, that a second round of bleach was done, nor was I told it would affect the price, which added to the total cost.
After 3 days, my hair even turned green, so I reached out to the salon. They offered to fix it, but there would be an additional $40 charge for a wash. Honestly, Iβm really regretting spending that much moneyβespecially since I could have achieved something similar on my own for a fraction of the cost.
I appreciate the stylistβs efforts, but in the end, I feel like I didnβt get what I paid for. The final cost, now almost $600, didn't even include any treatments! I just wish I could have had the color I was hoping for.

I've been going to Apple for more than 10 years now, and seriously, she's the best stylist I've ever been to! Apple is so experienced with every hair type, and she recommends services that suit your hair and help improve its quality, rather than expensive products that don't really benefit you. Apple's really gifted at selecting colours that match your style and skin tone, and she's really skilled at getting you that perfect cut that looks good even after you leave the salon and wash and dry your hair at home. Years ago when I got married, I trusted Apple to colour my hair, and my makeup artist kept complimenting my hair, saying that my stylist (Apple) did my highlights so perfectly that it brought out the beauty of every wedding hairstyle she gave me. I recently went back to Apple after a short hiatus with very damaged and over-processed hair. Apple managed to coax life back into my limp locks and actually make me look good again! Hair is so important for making one feel confident and happy, and I'm so thankful that I've found Apple! Thank you for taking care of me all these years.
