This staff member has horrible customer service. I ordered two drinks. I asked for 0% sugar but received 25%. Also, I requested no lemon slice, but one was still included when I received them. She doesn't take her job seriously. You are doing a job, and this is a business, after all. She appears unhappy and doesn't even have the manners to speak to her customers. New-gen staff. Do something about it.

The staff was polite when we asked them about the missing bags during the Star Rail collaboration. Drinks were good and complemented various sweetness preferences well. The atmosphere is decent, with seating available.

It was my first time trying LiHO Tea. This outlet has a large and nice place to sit and chill. We ordered their signature coffee, and the menu showed a "hot" icon. However, when we collected the drink, it was ice cold. It was very strange that the staff didn’t ask whether we wanted it hot or cold. But he did ask for the sugar level. Their signature coffee is honestly not bad. And it was also pretty good value; $3.90 for a big cup of (good) coffee. We ordered "least sweet." Will patronize again.

🥛 𝐍𝐨. 𝟖𝟎 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 (𝐌) - $5.80⁣ The perfect drink to allow the red sugar pearls to shine, as there's no added flavour to the fresh milk itself, apart from the cornflake-esque topping. ⁣ 🥑 𝐍𝐨. 𝟔𝟏 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐀𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐨 (𝐋) - $6.60⁣ I used to order the brown sugar pearl version of this pretty often because I really liked avocado. Safe to say, the red sugar pearls didn't change the flavour much! ⁣ 🥥 𝐍𝐨. 𝟖𝟒 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐞 (𝐋) - $6.90⁣ This right here is my NEW FAVOURITE!! The creamy coconut, tender red beans, and aromatic red sugar pearls are the best flavour combination for me 🤭 It kinda reminded me of pulut hitam, not gonna lie.

I went there because of a guest cosplay appearance at Bugis+ on 28 June 2025. Despite the long queue, my order came really fast. The drink was also super good. To add on, the ambience felt much better than any other Liho I've been to. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would come again given the chance. If you're looking for a place to rest after shopping (or even during it), I officially recommend this place.
