Terrible experience with how the staff handled the service. Each table can only have a maximum of 5 people, and we were told we needed to purchase 4 drinks if we had additional friends joining. (A glass of coke costs $4.50?) The staff member proceeded to raise his voice when we were honestly quite confused and wanted to clarify the unspoken house rules. Boo.

I recently visited Cue Guru and was disappointed with the experience. The staff at the counters displayed a poor attitude, which negatively impacted my visit. I found them to be unhelpful and lacking the friendliness expected in a customer service role. I hope management can address this issue and provide additional training to ensure customers feel welcomed and valued.

If you're in need of some pool and beers, this is a good place. It's expensive if you're looking to play pool generally in Singapore, but that's probably due to its location in central Singapore. But if you're looking to drink and play pool, the drink promos are worth it (the pool table charges are waived for an hour), and it's way better than queuing up for a pool table at the bar.

I am very disappointed with the crew and how he treated us, making us feel that we couldn't order! Poor service and very disrespectful. This was our first time here, and they showed attitude like this. πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ» Change the cashier! He is very rude and has no manners!!!!! TERMINATE HIM!!! The place is good, but the cashier has no manners!!

I'm not sure why so many people have bad experiences. I have had male and female employees attend to me. They have all treated me respectfully. I come here to train and play with friends. My experience is always very good. I buy one drink with no issues.

Came here to chill and wanted to have a good game of pool but ended up with no tables available, even though we saw empty tables. Decided to play darts instead, and it felt like all the darts machines were occupied by their own people. A rude and unpleasant experience from the moment we stepped in: the counter service crew was rude, and the vibes were terrible. Also, everyone has to purchase a drink before you can even get a table or play darts. Stay away from this place if you want to maintain your sanity and avoid leaving with a bad mood. All the bad reviews here are true. The good reviews are probably paid reviews or written by their own in-house folks.

Fell in love ❀️ with this place ever since I started playing pool at a very young age, and I have been a regular and only come here since 2018. Brought many friends there 2 by 2 to play. Love the place and vibes. Staff and bosses are the best. If your ball gets stuck under the table, they will come and help you. Very observant. Not sure if the staff recognize me, but some do. The tables are well-maintained, though it could be better. But it's better than other places!! If they are hiring, I would love to work here and upgrade my skills. Always a 5-star for me. Always crowded. Music is the best too.

Overall, quite good. $23/hour is reasonable. They also upgraded the cue to carbon, which is nice to use.

Still the best place to go. 😍 I go there for my training almost every week and bring family and friends along once in a while. One of the staff recognizes me as a regular customer and automatically gives me my usual table, unless it's super crowded. Thank you to this staff member for their great service.

Service is terrible. Firstly, the female staff member with the red hair at the counter was rude and passive-aggressive. (A previous review from a month ago also complained about this person, and it seems she has not changed.) Secondly, a male staff member used language that also came off as rude, saying words like 'I don’t care.' (He should have some respect for himself and the 'establishment' he 'runs.') They are only interested in charging you and squeezing your wallets dry. For example, they have a policy where if you come in a big group, you are required to buy a beverage from their bar. (What nonsense! This is my first time hearing of such a rule at a place to play pool.) I have never felt more scammed and unwelcome at a pool place. I went there once and am never going there ever again. There are much better pool places that charge significantly less, and the service is better. One hour can cost over 20 dollars. The bottled water we bought was 3.80 SGD – crazy!
