I would like to provide feedback regarding one of your female staff members at your Junction 8 branch. On August 29th, 2022, I visited the branch. She is tall, wearing shorts and a tee, with her hair tied back, and displayed a very rude and absurd attitude. I paid using ShopBack. The other staff member at the counter, who was handling the cashiering, advised me that the total amount payable was $58.07. I then reconfirmed if the amount was $58.07, and she confirmed yes, even checking my phone to ensure I had keyed in the correct amount. Upon payment, it took her a while to issue the receipt. She then asked this rude tall staff member to assist with how to key in the system. It was then discovered that the correct amount should have been $58.70. So, I topped up the difference using PayWave. Subsequently, this rude staff member called another staff member (who appeared to be the manager), and she managed to fix the issue. After issuing the receipt, this rude tall staff member then made a truly inappropriate comment to me, stating: "NEXT TIME PLEASE KEY THE AMOUNT PROPERLY AS MY COLLEAGUE ALREADY TOLD YOU IT'S $58.70" —instead of simply saying, “Thank you for shopping!” This was truly shocking! Is this how you train and educate your staff—to make such remarks to a customer without conducting a proper investigation of the incident and simply blaming the customer in such a way? As a Customer Service Manager myself, I find this UNACCEPTABLE! You have a great line of clothing, but this kind of attitude from your staff will destroy your image. Proper action should be taken regarding this rude tall staff member. You may contact me anytime for further details. I would advise you to review all your recordings and CCTV footage. I visited around 5:30 PM.
