It's on the 2nd floor of the Bugis+ building. If you go up the escalator and turn right, you'll see it clearly on the front left.

I'm never disappointed by the level of customer service provided by the UOB staff, whether in-person or online. They're very professional in handling customer queries and will try their utmost to adhere to customers' requests, unlike some others who only give excuses like, "this is our company's policy." Keep up the good work, UOB.
