Loved the vibe and design work of the store. The brand feels really unique and fresh. Burgers, wings, and tenders were high quality and delicious. Different spice levels and the many sauce options added a nice touch. Will be back for more! 🍔🍗

Almost a top-tier spot.
Cool shop environment, with above-average fried chicken options, though there's still room for improvement.
Tenders didn't impress me as much as I had hoped, but they were still decent!
Sauces truly elevate the experience and make a difference. It's good to get a few to play around (Secret + Cheese for us).
Feel free to go for the high/insane spicy levels; medium still wasn't that spicy for us Asians.
Best items:
Ultimate Loaded Fries & standard Nashville Burger (nice pickles and patty)
Can skip:
Mac 'n' Cheese, Corn, Milkshakes (only good as a palate cleanser)
Meat rankings:
Tenders - Boneless Bites < Burger Patty (BEST)
Sauce rankings:
Buffalo (DO NOT BUY) < Garlic < Secret < Cheese (BEST)

Finally got to try the much hyped chicken tenders and they did not disappoint!
We ordered the Chicken Tender Meal and the Chicken Wrap Meal. The chicken tenders were the star of the show, perfectly crispy and juicy. We opted for the mild spice level, which was flavorful without being spicy. If you prefer more of a kick, try the medium or hot options!
We also sampled a variety of sauces: Ranch, Special Sauce, Buffalo, and Nashville Cheese Sauce. Our top picks? Definitely the Special Sauce and Nashville Cheese Sauce, absolutely delicious and worth the hype.
To end the meal, we tried the chocolate brownie, super yummy, rich without being too jialat (overly heavy or sweet). A great finish to the meal!
Visited on a Friday afternoon for lunch. The queue looked manageable, and kudos to the staff for keeping things moving efficiently. We waited about 15–20 minutes for our food, which was reasonable and well worth it.
Can’t wait to go back and try the spicier levels next time!

We decided to check out Sides after seeing it pop up frequently on my TikTok feed. We visited on a Monday around 3:20 PM, and the crowd was still manageable, but by 4:30 PM, a queue started to form.
We tried a few items that were commonly recommended in reviews. The Nashville Burger was definitely my favourite. It was crispy, juicy, and super flavourful. I also loved the buttery bun used for the burger.
We chose the Mild level for both the burger and the chicken tenders, but honestly, for someone who can handle spicy food, it wasn't spicy at all. If you're like us and enjoy a good kick, you might want to go at least one or two levels higher. The chicken tenders were soft, juicy, and well-seasoned.
The Chocolate Brownie Milkshake was also delicious, rich, creamy, and not overly sweet. A great dessert drink! You'll be full after drinking it.
We also tried the popular corn ribs, but found them too salty, even for someone used to saltier flavours.
Prices are a bit steep, but the quality and flavours made it worth the visit. Will definitely return to try more!

As someone who loves fried chicken, this place was not bad! I ordered the chicken tenders meal and liked that the chicken was quite a decent size, probably one of the bigger ones I've seen compared to other fast food chains. The chicken was juicy and overall tasted good; the sauces were not bad either. I definitely feel that the prices are a little steep, though. A good time to visit would be a weekday afternoon, as there was practically no queue and still some empty seats. The service was fast, which I appreciate. I would say you can try this place out if you don't mind paying higher prices for fast food.

The food is great! The burgers, however, could be better. Other than that, I would recommend the garlic mayo and chipotle.

SIDES is truly overhyped. There is better fast food out there.
I wanted to order à la carte for my chicken; however, it only comes with a meal. So, I ordered a set meal and topped up to replace the normal drink with their malt chocolate milkshake, which cost $22ish.
I came across reviews with people raving about their milkshake. The malt chocolate milkshake had a powdery chocolate taste and it was really sweet. It should have had a rich chocolate taste, but it didn't.
The chicken with bones was two small chickens cut into thighs and wings. It wasn't dry, but there was nothing special about it. Their waffle fries were not only oily but also high in sodium.
I was looking forward to their spicy sauce, but it turned out to be Tabasco flavor, which had no spiciness, only a sourish taste.
It was disappointing given that it was highly raved. I went around 11:30 AM to get takeout, which thankfully wasn't crowded, and I didn't have to queue.
I wouldn't mind paying $22ish if it were good, but this wasn't. It was disappointing and overrated.

Great atmosphere and music. The food was so good – the tenders were crispy and juicy, not dry at all, and the special sauce is a must!

We had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, as ever since its recent opening, the queue has always been very long, making it difficult to get a table.
Finally, we got the chance to visit, and it was a good experience. Orders are placed and processed through a machine, and there are many sauce options available. It took us a bit of time to go through the menu and complete the ordering.
Three of us ordered two combos, and both the pricing and portion sizes were reasonable. We chose classic flavour for the fries, Nashville flavour for the chicken wings, and ultimate flavour for the chicken tenders. The fries were freshly fried, the tenders were nicely cooked—not too dry—and the chicken wings were great, coated generously in sauce with crispy, non-soggy skin.
Their selection of sauces was interesting. I particularly liked the BBQ sauce, garlic sauce, and cheese sauce. These added more flavour and variety to both the chicken and fries.
Overall, the food was enjoyable and the prices were fair. It’s easy to see why this place is so popular.

Around 3 PM on a random weekday, it was thankfully empty. Burger was simple and good, but nothing special. The fries were good and crispy. Wrap was alright. I got the caramel milkshake, which was super sweet. I know it's a milkshake, but it was just extremely sweet and too much for my liking. Corn lacked seasoning. The food isn't bad; it's decent. But I can't seem to justify the price when everything is just 'ok.' Branding and atmosphere were definitely fantastic, but I'm not paying $40 for a meal just for cool lights. Employees also looked like they hated working there.
