The seller applied my tempered glass very poorly, so that when the phone protector (also purchased from her) is applied, the tempered glass lifts at the corner and creates a bubble. She says there is no warranty and insists I have to buy a new protector to get the job done?!?!

I am so disappointed. I bought tempered glass from the shop. No one has ever done such a bad job applying it. The tempered glass was so misaligned that it caused bubbles when the phone's cover was placed back on. Please check before leaving the shop!

My Remax powerbank doesn't work even after I charged it. The phone line doesn't work either! Terrible!

I bought a Proda Patagon wireless charger round pad for $30 on December 8th (approximately 8 PM) at Bugis+. When I used it at home, it did not work at all. I kindly request a refund or replacement. I will be overseas from tomorrow until Friday. Please advise on the replacement process.
