The coin machine dispensed a different size coin than the one usually used for play. I told the staff about it and was scolded and blamed by them, as they stated I was trying to defraud them. I explained the situation to them, but they insisted that I was at fault and to blame, rather than solving the issue. Their staff members displayed a bad attitude and behavior during the conversation.

Just now, a staff member said that my friend slammed the wheel, but the wheel automatically slammed itself suddenly. The staff also spoke very rudely to my friend. Additionally, when my sister wanted to stand next to my friend, the staff told her to 'get off' instead of asking her to excuse herself or make space for him to turn off the machine.
Furthermore, the staff never checked whether my friend actually slammed it or not; they just took a picture and said he was banned.
So, I hope this provides a good reason why the staff spoke so rudely to my friend and my sister.

I have a video of hitting the target in slow motion, but the prize didn't fall. I showed the staff and got accused of cheating and trying to lie to them. I spent $100 and came out empty-handed. I've been to 20 different arcades in Singapore, and this is by far the worst one. I'm never coming back. The old lady staff member and the one with purple hair (who looked like Squid Game Thanos) were very rude.

At first, workers were helping me by placing the item closer to the hole. However, I still didn’t catch the Labubu, and then the manager or boss told the workers to place it in a bad position, so I could not win it anymore. It is all because of an uncle who plays really well and won two Labubu and doesn't want anyone else to win. I'm very disappointed as I used $200 to get only a few plushies. :(

Lousy arcade. They put the Stitch in the machine, which misled customers into trying to catch 6 soft toys. They then ended up telling customers that the Stitch was just for display to block the small soft toys from moving around. Wth! Will never come back here again.

Rude staff. The coin machine that dispenses coins was faulty. We had clearly put in money, but no coins came out. We went to the counter and told her that the coins had not come out, but she told us we hadn't put in any money, which is why no coins came out. Please be aware of this scam and rude arcade.

Here's the lightly edited review:
There's a short female staff member who is extremely rude. There was a problem with one of their token machines. We inserted a $10 bill for 22 tokens, but the machine failed to dispense them. We told the female staff member about it, but she made us wait for her manager for about 15-20 minutes and even claimed we did not insert any bill, which is why the machine did not dispense any tokens. I'm not sure if she was implying we were trying to cheat them out of $10 worth of tokens. However, they could have checked their CCTV internally or their system to confirm we did insert a $10 bill before condemning us for not inserting any money. All the staff there need to work on their attitude, even their manager. This is ridiculous.

Don't waste money playing their claw machine, because it's totally impossible to catch anything. Other than their claw machines, their prices are much cheaper than at Timezone.

This is the first of their few local outlets I've visited. I like how there are sufficient areas for waiting, big groups, and simply navigating the place, especially when compared to other arcades that pack their entire space with as many machines as possible. Tokens are relatively affordable if you buy them in larger quantities; the prizes for exchange are okay but don't feel particularly exclusive. Great for couples, groups of friends, families, and students. Also unique to this outlet is the additional space outside the shop, which is a bonus to attract passers-by to try their luck. It's located within Bugis+ mall and is a 6-minute walk from Bugis MRT itself, fully sheltered.

Huge arcade near the heart of Singapore. A massive variety of games to play here at an affordable rate. Personally, I love to play the rhythm games here and come back here often.

I had fun for hours and couldn't stop playing the games.

It's really fun, and it has many different games to play and really cool prizes. Their claw machines are not crazily rigged, so it's still possible to win soft toys with some good techniques.

Very fun place! There were plenty of games, well spaced out. Plenty of ticket counting machines were available. There weren't any machines out of order, nor any that swallowed our tokens. The games were clean, and attendants were at the counter and walking around. They had all the usual games and some unique ones. We had fun!

It is a large arcade area with many exciting games like racing, drumming, etc. A picture paints a thousand words; hence, see the pictures and video below for more information. LOL
