The salesperson was helpful. I bought a pair of 3-month contact lenses to wear. Lenses are individually packed, so you can just buy two lenses (instead of two boxes) for left and right eyes, even if you have varying degrees. However, the lens didn't suit me because it was very drying even on the first wear, so I will not repurchase.

The staff member who served us, QiQi, was very friendly and engaging, helping us clarify any doubts about the contact lenses. The lenses were comfortable too. Recommended to purchase contact lenses here when in urgent need of them. ☺️

Great customer service, and the nice lady actually has a pair of display eyeballs to show you how the contacts look! Super rare!

Terrible service. Rude. No idea who the service staff was, but her foundation was the wrong shade. Me: “Hey, do you have more options and brands that I can look at?” Her: “WHAT COLOUR????” Me: “Ermmm, do you have other brands that I can see?” Her: “What. COLOUR??” Me: “I just want to see what options I have before I select the colours…?” Her: “Huh?? Don't you think there are already a lot of options???” Me: “So these are your only options?” Her: “Huh?? Yeah??” *Looks at me like I'm dumb* Honestly, I felt so bad I wanted to go to the toilet and cry.

Friendly and patient staff. Their lenses are really comfortable in my opinion. Compared to other brands that dry my eyes out, this brand doesn't; they are also quite breathable.
