The food was a large serving, and after ordering via QR code, it arrived within 5 minutes – very fast. It tasted very delicious, especially the vegetables. Out of this world. Couldn't say much about the service staff, as everything was smooth, so there was little interaction. Paid through a web gateway. $80 for 3 people at a ramen restaurant was reasonable. This included 3 main dishes, 2 drinks, and a side dish.

We ordered the Tam-man and the upsized ramen. The broth is still good, not too salty. The noodle texture is not as good as it was previously. Service is awesome.

The ambiance at Marutama Ramen is cozy and inviting, providing a comfortable setting for both solo diners and groups. The staff are attentive and prompt. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or new to Japanese cuisine, Marutama Ramen offers a unique and satisfying meal worth exploring. On my first visit, I had a bowl of soboro don, as I doubted I could finish the entire bowl of ramen, which looked irresistibly generous in size and portion. The don was good and supposedly meant to accompany ramen, but I loved it. Simplicity is always a bliss, and who knows, I might be able to complete a bowl of this ramen!

Marutama Ramen at Bugis+ serves good ramen with a rich broth. I ordered the Zenbu Ramen (non-spicy), which came with a slice of braised pork that was so flavourful and tender. I also enjoyed the ramen egg (Ajitsuke Tamago). I also ordered a couple of Sapporo, as it was a hot afternoon. I spent less than $30.

Nothing beats a Tori Paitan at Marutama. Plus, there's 15% off the total bill using Grab Dine-in.
Alden was very helpful and assisted with ordering and the payment process.
The ramen is good as usual, too!

The ramen is quite delicious. I like that they provided a bowl of spring onions for you to add as much as you like. The real kicker is the fried garlic bits which, when added to your soup, really add to the flavour.

Marumatu Ramen at Bugis+ delivers a fairly standard ramen experience, but it might not stand out among the many options in the area. The broth is on the saltier side, which may appeal to those who enjoy a bold, intense flavor, though it can be overpowering for some. Portion sizes are average; not particularly generous but sufficient for a regular meal.
Prices are relatively high compared to similar ramen spots nearby, and the lack of lunch sets means there’s not much added value for midday diners. While the atmosphere is decent and the service generally efficient, the overall experience might not justify the premium price tag for everyone.
Worth trying if you’re already at Bugis+ and craving ramen, but not necessarily a must-visit, as there are many other decent options within 100m.

The broth is really rich and comes with generous servings of noodles and onions. Staff are really quick and attentive to customers' needs, which makes for great service. My only comment would be about the price-to-quality ratio. Note that prices on the menu shown are before taxes. I spent around $10-20 per person. The meat that was served wasn't particularly special, and the egg inside tasted like it hadn't been marinated for long enough. The portion was really filling, but I would have liked better quality food.

The interior of the shop is quite spacious. As soon as I looked at the menu, a staff member warmly offered assistance. Customers need to order using a touchscreen. There’s no service charge, but you have to pick up your own food and return your tray afterward. The ramen tasted average, with only two or three slices of meat and an egg. I ordered a set meal that included a small plate of dumplings and a cola, costing around 20 SGD.

The Ramen is very tasty. We also had the Golden Mountain, a nice refreshing cabbage dish. The sitting area is not large. It can be crowded during the weekend. They are within the mall, so it's a vibrant place (noisy) and not suggested for an intimate meal.
